I ordered the wrong battery size for my motorcycle online and I called the store and Fasial answered and did some research and found the correct size and said I could bring in my return and he would help me order the correct one. His expertise and professionalism is unmatched and I appreciated him going the extra mile to help me.

On time delivery. Great selection of motorcycle products.

Was in the market for battery powered air pump. Didn't want one that needed to be plugged into a AC adapter. This solved my issue for a air gage and pump, with an added bonus to be able to change my phone on long rides.

Other than the anticipated date delivery changes, my experience has been pretty good.

Since the helmet did not come either a visor lock, a very important safety device, I returned the helmet for a refund. This feature (or lack thereof) should be clearly stated in the product feature section. A helmet visor lock is important, particularly in case of a fall.

My experience was great. There was a revzila trailer at the Sturgis that I visited. The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Because of that I order a helmet on the spot and received in just a few days. Pricing was reasonable and shipping was free.

Build quality is outstanding: the stitching is clean, the cover material feels tough yet comfortable, and it has that premium look that makes the bike stand out. The SDC design gives it a performance vibe without sacrificing comfort.

So many online companies can't seem to fathom basic customer service. Revzlilla is a standout. Fast shipping, good packaging stellar contact and they even check to make sure you got your package. 12 stars. The only place I'll shop from now on.

Parts were easy to find shipped quickly. I will definitely be a returning customer.

First off there was a delay in shipping. Which I get can happen. But then I received the jacket, and the zipper wont zip all the way. And with all the time I have already waited now I have a jacket that kinda works and wasnt cheap at all.

I recently ordered a replacement tire from my motorcycle. I've made an error in purchasing a tubeless tire instead of a tire that supports innertubes. I called Revzilla's customer service to try and cancel my order before it was shipped; A representative informed me I couldn't cancel my order once it was placed. Although, this was a set back for me, I was given a full refund and I also didn't need to pay to return my oder. The two people I spoke to were patient and seemed to try to be as helpful as they could within their capacity of control over my circumstances. Overall, it was one of the better experiences I've had when speaking to people in customer service.

Even tho I made the mistake and ordered the wrong visor for my helmet... I had a great experience ordering an receiving my order from Revzilla... thank you all an will b doing more business with you soon

I've ordered a lot of tires through Revzilla and am normally satisfied with the selection and speedy delivery. This order consists of Continental Trail Attack 3's which are a great tire for my Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer especially after the Metzeler rear tire recall. The rear 150/70 ZR18 has a mfg date of 3824 which I kind of understand. The front 120/70 ZR19 however has a mfg date of 5023 which I find pretty old for a new tire in August of 2025. Some times I feel like the old tire stock is being dumped on catalog orders.

Very simple app love the variety to choose from products came fast and excellent would definitely shop from here again wish the prices were a little bit lower on some things though

For the price the product is great, although zi feel like the headphones could have a little more bass. Other than that my only issue is the left headphone always wants to come out of place when putting my helmet on and off and if it does pop out of place even a little, my left ear will be really sore when I go to take my helmet off after a ride.
