Each time i order from Revzilla I am never disappointed. The site is easy to navigate and shipping is quick.
I ordered footpegs for my 2020 FXLRS and they did not fit, despite coming up in my search on RevZilla.com as "exact fit". There was some sort of glitch that brought me bad search results but I was still the one who clicked "add to cart" and so it was kinda my mistake. I reached out to customer service and they took care of everything, set up my return and sent out the new, correct pegs really quickly.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong item for my 2020 FXLRS and contacted customer service to deal with it. Joseph G immediately remedied the issue and helped me find the exact item I was looking for and set up fast shipping for me without any issues.
I always have a great experience from RevZilla. Customer service is on par and they can even look up a previous order ( I had to prove a purchase). Shipping is fast and I get my items quick.

Was in the market for battery powered air pump. Didn't want one that needed to be plugged into a AC adapter. This solved my issue for a air gage and pump, with an added bonus to be able to change my phone on long rides.
Other than the anticipated date delivery changes, my experience has been pretty good.

Depending on the glove I wear a men's 3xl glove and sometimes can get away with a 2xl. These 3xl gloves fit more like a small 2xl with long fingers and have had a small rip on both gloves trying get them on where the cuff meets the hand but once on feeks and and breathed as goo s as hoped. Then, the velcro closure sticks like nothing ever before as almost needing pliers to get ahold it to finally get it to release. In general I like the color and ventilation so opted yo keep them but will not buy them again. They are billed as ADV gloves but I got them for street use on my trike.
Since the helmet did not come either a visor lock, a very important safety device, I returned the helmet for a refund. This feature (or lack thereof) should be clearly stated in the product feature section. A helmet visor lock is important, particularly in case of a fall.
After chatting online with a Revzilla customer representative who answered my questions about the size of the helmet I was looking at, I purchased the helmet. Hopefully, it will fit well. If it doesn't, I was told to just return it for an exchange, which should not be a difficult process.

My experience was great. There was a revzila trailer at the Sturgis that I visited. The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Because of that I order a helmet on the spot and received in just a few days. Pricing was reasonable and shipping was free.
Build quality is outstanding: the stitching is clean, the cover material feels tough yet comfortable, and it has that premium look that makes the bike stand out. The SDC design gives it a performance vibe without sacrificing comfort.
So many online companies can't seem to fathom basic customer service. Revzlilla is a standout. Fast shipping, good packaging stellar contact and they even check to make sure you got your package. 12 stars. The only place I'll shop from now on.
