I order my parts from this site often for regular preventative maintenance on my bike. It's nice to have OEM drawings showing part numbers.

Order was accurate and shipped quickly but standard shipping was as slow as a wagon train. FedEx took over a week in transit and tracking showed it stopped at every possible fedex facility on the way.

The site had a large selection to choose from and it was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The checkout process was very easy and went smoothly.

Stock header clamp would not work with new exhaust and had to expand new exhaust to fit stock header pipe. Besides that it's an awesome exhaust pipe, great sound with spark arrester.

I ordered tires and received the tires I ordered in just a few days. I went to Cycle Gear and had them mounted in just about half an hour. A great experience overall!

RevZilla is easy to use and the products I've ordered arrive fast. I've tried, got em all, AlpineStars, Klim, Scott, Belstaff, H-D, etc. and just bought another new TourMaster jacket. Why? Value and functionality.

I started out ordering the wrong size. Reordered and got a set in a bag that was labeled correct but had the wrong brand and size. Reordered again and it took a couple of days longer to get the pants but this time it's right. Very comfortable and look great!

I discovered Revzilla about a year ago when needing new tires for my KX100. They had in stock most every tire made for this little green single track terror. A flash sale also convinced me to order a Rekluse Auto Clutch for it. I'm in Colorado and two days delivery has been the norm whether it is shipped from their warehouse in CA or from Philly, PA

Based on my old glove size (and different brand) the new gloves I ordered were to small returned them no problem bought the next size up they fit right

Not much else to say. I got them in short order and I thought it was a good value. I haven't used the tires yet so I can't comment anymore.

I ordered front a rear wheel bearings as your data base suggested the products only to find out one set didn't fit. I actually called and spend 30 minutes on the phone and your rep was unsure either way... The rim strips were not in any data base so guessed at what I needed... that too was wrong. I lost in part the shipping costs to me because of your wrong data base on two separate orders... at least one of them should have been refunded... NOT GOOD

My product was missing a buckle and I didn't notice and I used it

I got a Shad top box, and despite getting their specific bike mount set as well, the top box's mount does not fit directly to the one I mounted on the bike. I also reached out to customer service and still waiting for them to respond.

Everything is fine until I was asked to complete a survey. Why does every company who sends me something in the mail want a survey which takes more time to fill out than to order the piece

I ordered the wrong helmet online it was too small. I brought it into the local store and those guys gave me a refund and ordered me a new one with zero hassles. Incredible customer service great guys working at the store great customer service online. This is a wonderful company and I will support them again
