Being able to shop specific for my bike is great. They have lots of products and good prices and I can find out most everything I need to know about the product before buying it from their videos and descriptions. So I'm always confident I'm getting the correct product. The only thing I would change if I could is the shipping time. I live in Hawaii so shipping times are long.
