The Schuberth C3 helmet is very dificult to find, because it is recently out of production. I was shopping for this specific item because of it's features, reviews and it's exact color match to my BMW R1200RT. Delighted to find this helmet in my size on RevZilla.

I bought a helmet I asked for a mat finish. It came in glossy. I paid for two day shipping but when they replace the helmet, it wasn't a two day shipping back.
Went to website looking for a particular product (a seat pad). You folks had it and I ordered it; and then I realized I'd the product I actually wanted (by the same company, and quite similar) was not the one I'd ordered. I called Customer Service, and they stopped the order, and ordered the correct one. It arrived in a couple days with no hitches. All good.
No problems with placing the order; timely arrival; easy to install; no complaints, so far.

I would do 5, only thing I don't like is when you click to see reviews on an item, and some of the reviews are not for the item you're looking at. It may be same brand, but different item. That's seems a little misleading. I didn't notice until about an hour after shopping and had to re look at everything I was shopping for. Overall though it's good stuff.
