My experience with rev zilla was great but the helmet not so good. I think biltwell changed the design on these and not one I like. Didn't know that when i ordered it, I own 5 of these helmets and there is definitely a difference in this one I just ordered. I would like to return it but it was on sale and I don't think I can return it. I guess I'm stuck with it plus the box got thrown away.

A lot of their products are bulk purchase from the manufacturer that are full of defects. They drag their feet, trying not to help you, till you just give up. Four pairs of rain gear that all leak from the seams coming apart. It doesn't feel like 100% waterproof. I'll try to fight with my credit card company next. Horrible customer service stay away.

Paid extra for 2 day shipping and got half of it 5 days later and the other on day 6!

The 2-Day Shipping option refers to two business days, which doesn’t include weekends or holidays. Since your order was placed right before the holiday weekend, the carrier’s processing time was extended, which caused the delay you experienced.
That said, I know this still created an inconvenience for you, and I truly apologize.
Well there was a good online selection... so enough choices for me to narrow things down to exactly what I need in a tire.
I purchased a hornet X2 in one size larger than their size chart recommended. I ordered a large and when I received it, it was still too tight on the forehead to be usable. After conversations with helmet house a. K. a. Shoei, I was told to try an extra large. I then ordered the extra large and RevZilla was kind enough to pay the shipping back, the extra large was too large! I once again called helmet house and they suggested trying an extra large thick top liner and thick cheek pads. This was another $140 on top of the cost of the helmet, but I like the Shoei brand, and the quality. Once I got the pads in place, the helmet fit snuggly, without the forehead pain. In conclusion for another almost $150 I got a hornet X2 to fit my long oval head. No other manufacturers were any better at a fit.
Items shipped fast, pricing was competitive and items purchased were great!

I was shopping for a surprise present for my partner and your website made it easy! The reviews were particularly helpful as well as the fit guides. The only thing I will say is that your embedded videos dont expand on cellphones very well so I had to switch to the computer but really that wasn't a big deal. Also, my husband isn't really into the super traditional bad $#*! helmet types so some cuter designs for the future would be amazing. This is a matter of taste though and has no reflection on your company as a whole.
