Great shopping experience for the site, easy to find what I need, detail item descriptions, smooth check out process. The delivery is not super fast but the packaging, and item condition are super.

I buy things for my motorcycles from revzilla. They send me the things that I buy in the mail. I use these things on my motorcycles (or on me when I'm on my motorcycles). And then, I am happy. After a period of time, I become less happy so, I repeat this process.

I ordered on a Saturday understanding that it may take 2-3 days to ship so I paid for next day delivery. I received the order processed email on Tuesday. I received the item on Friday. They must be very backed up on orders. The part I ordered was top of the line and installed easily. I got shipping confirmation today (Tuesday). Expect 1-2 weeks for your order without paying for next day. I would not have paid for next day if I knew it would be 4 days of processing. The disclaimer says most orders ship next day if they are in stock. Most****

The website is decent, they tend to have most of the parts I need, but they're shipping policies have gotten so slow I can hardly use them anymore. Competitors such as sport bike track gear is shipping in one to two days, RevZilla typically ships in 2 to 3 weeks.

Quick, easy and informative on product selection. Comparing several different brands with the feedback from prior purchasers was excellent. Delivery time was much better than expected.

The Puig windscreen extender gave that extra couple inches height needed to kick the wind last over the top of my head and eliminate 95% of the bugs that previously impacting my helmet visor. I am 6-1, and I ride a 2023 BMW R1250 GSA.

Ordered, no problems. Got USPS tracking number for the first item that never populated, just kept saying in transit for Friday delivery, then it showed up early without warning via FedEx.
The second items tracking was never valid. I try to watch for packages and open our gate. Without valid tracking, that's not possible.

Overall order and sizing info on the site were spot on.

I just signed up for your RPM membership. I tried numerous times to call your concierge service. Never did get anybody to answer. Left a couple messages nobody ever called back.
We drove all the way to your Get on adventure bike festival with no information.
