I love working with RevZilla, but I was a little irritated when I ordered front brake pads and only received 2, my bike is a double disk, I do realize that this is my mistake it would be nice if there was a heads up so I don't have to pay for shipping x2
My alpinestars smx gloves arrived with a ripped finger, contacted customer service with photo proof and still questioned as if the gloves really showed up ripped. The fact that it takes customer service 2-3 days to reply to my emails is very frustrating! It's like pulling teeth to get a replacement sent out so I have new gloves for my upcoming moto trip to the smokies. The jeans I ordered are perfect, they're the Trilobite parado jeans. Very good quality and without any defects

All around good, only big issue the chain was not an exact fit. I had to cut 4 links off to make it fit and use my old master link because by time I realized it was to long I already installed the rivet style link.
The ONLY issue with Revzilla was during, and shortly after, it was IMPOSSIBLE to order specific tires. Yes, I am, like most of us, are spoiled with the Revzilla approach to customer satisfaction.
