I had an issue with my order. I was sent the wrong item, so I contacted Revzilla. They immediately overnighted the correct item and sent a label for me to return the incorrect one. Easily the best customer service I've ever received and I'm very much looking forward to giving Revzilla more of my business. Thanks again!

The product and pricing are great but the shipping experience was strange. The product has been out of stock for a while. I got an email saying they were back in stock so I ordered it immediately. I then noticed on the website that it wouldn't ship for "1-2 weeks". I ordered within five minutes of getting the email so I really don't understand what happened. It took two weeks to arrive. Kentucky to Texas, not that far.

Must be the sun and wind in FLA. Just over 3 months old and had torn in several areas. I have pictures if interested. So, be warned - you may only get a few months use out of it.

I ordered a pair of Sedici Corsa vented boots. I opened my order last night after it had arrived to check the item before I packaged it for Christmas. The boots have previously been worn they are scratched marked the leather is peeled the toe part of the boot is bent there's cuts in the hard plastic. So I called RevZilla this morning to start the exchange process and I was told that I would need to prove the damage on my item before they would consider my exchange. I had to submit photos for them and wait for an answer. I have never done business with a company who makes their customers prove that there's damage to a product that they sent out. I will no longer do business with them ever again.

I love the look of Biltwell's helmets, but the last couple I've picked up don't fit me well. Swapping in slimmer cheek pads has reallllly helped.

I really enjoy this product. The tank grips work great the only thing is that the left side seems to be smaller than the right side.
