Im not really a big online shopping person, but Revzilla makes it a delight to do business with them. Great prices, outstanding customer service. Offering price matching and free 2 day shipping, these are rarities in today's world of online service/sales.

My physical gift card had not been delivered after two weeks. I couldn't track it (just said that it was ready but hadn't gone anywhere) so I called. My CS rep immediately saw the same issue, tried to see if she could find out where it was and then contacted her supervisor to replace the physical card with an e-giftcard which I received within 10 minutes of the conclusion of our conversation.

The ordering process was smooth and efficient. I did have an issue with a defective product that was handled promptly, and the service rep was very pleasant and responsive..

Streamlined purchasing. Website itemizing of products needs to be improved. People do not want to search a lot of pages to possibly locate what they want to purchase. I want to go to the search bar type in what they are looking for: Example part number, item description or narrow down your selections to the needs of the search.
