My experience was pretty good I think the only downside is just that while it says on the site that an item mag ship in 24hrs I found that to not be the case. One part of my order shipped promptly and the other part took a couple days to ship.

First and foremost, the positive. I received my order of LEGEND REVO A shocks quickly and Customer Service was great. The following day after installation, I was planning to ride and try the new ($1K) suspension upgrade. Upon precheck inspection of my bike, I discovered a puddle of red oil under the right side shock. It had leaked overnight and was obviously defective as the install was done properly. I totally understand manufacturing and the nuances that can happen, I've been in the industry for almost 20 years. RevZilla customer service started an RMA with LEGEND and advised on the next steps. I contacted LEGEND and they were beyond accommodating by sending me a new pair out the following day. When I received the replacement set from LEGEND directly, I noticed they were a bit different and had different part numbers than the pair from RevZilla. I confirmed with LEGEND that I did receive the correct set and that the RevZilla items were over 4 YEARS OLD manufactured in early 2020! C'mon guys, rotate your stock! I was beyond disappointed with RevZilla and will likely not buy from them again. Its an unfortunate circumstance, but lesson learned...

The tires were warped on the outer edge as if they were stored horizontally, and the tires were from 2022. Was expecting fresher and straighter tires as I wanted the best tires I could afford.

Ordered Wednesday morning with 2day shipping included being an RPM Member. Didn't show up until the next Tuesday afternoon. My complaints about the slow shipping and supposed "premium RPM Member customer service" were essentially scoffed at. 3yrs I've been a member mostly to support their YouTube content but it's not worth it.
