Everything was terrible especially shipping. Fed ex never updates their site and the product arrives in state days before its delivered. The product is usually incorrect even though it says it fits your motorcycle. Beyond dissatisfied! Take 3 to 5 days to even ship. The whole process is terrible…and my name is spelled wrong & you cant correct it. If you are in a rush for a part do not order from this company. You will be disappointed!
The fuel line i first ordered was the wrong one went round and round with customer service then went back in and found the right part

Was willing to pay premium for truly waterproof footwear and so I splurged on the Rev'IT. Never anticipated they'd be as light and comfortable. My last 4 or 5 pairs of ankle high boots were always a bit uncomfortable to walk in off the bike. These are more comfortable than most of my athletic wear and definitely more cushioning and lighter that any regular boots I own. The zipper velcro closure is simple and aside from the velcro on the tip of the zipper [I usually snap them off inadvertently rushing to zip my boots] is the only failure point I see. Will have to see how they do in the rain, but am enjoying them even though conditions so far haven't warranted them.

As a whole was a really good experience quick delivery and order process. If you are trying to import to UK be aware a customs charge is need and was an additional £80 which was unexpected to say the least. But other than that very good

All and all this aftermarket windscreen is a considerable improvement over the stock unit. It installed as advertised with no special tools or effort. Note that do not expect it to completely block the wind.
My shopping experience was pleasant as it was easy to find what I was looking for and they had plenty of helmets to choose from. Everything from shopping to check out to delivery went smoothly. They stayed in communication with me through email and my item arrived exactly on the expected arrival date.
People are spending a ton of money. Back back in the day, Good customer service was sending a new size or product, with a pre paid shipping label to return the wrong sized item, free of charge. Nickle and diming people for $10 when they just need an exchange is a bad look, especially when the sizing guide isn't accurate. Or when gear is hard to size as it is. Having 1 6"ft tall model in a review of a hoodie is lame. If your going to charge people for returns, at least, have the gear modeled in 3-4 sizes in a few body types and genders man... that way when people complain about the restocking fee / return shipping fee, you can at least say "Did ya watch the videos? We have like 10 models showing off 10 sizes and colors and a detailed sizing guide" but hiring models or paying a bunch of staff to model every size of a product is expensive.

Charging $10 for exchanges is a scam, Having no traditional exchange program instead making people buy and item twice is anti-customer and frustrating. You send me new item in new size with a shipping label, I send you old item in package using provided label. If I don't send it back THEN YOU CHARGE ME AGAIN. You are a big company, you can take the risk. I am a person, having close to $1000 pending because you can't risk something that probably cost you a fraction of what you charge us, is anti-customer.
Bought an exhaust gasket kit for my 2012 Harley Street. Bob and it came with the wrong size gaskets not to mention the wrong type of gasket as well as wrong c-clamp and bolt size

I LOVE my new helmet and the customer service I received. When I got my helmet in I tried it on and it was tight around the cheeks. I called revzilla and told them about it and they assured me it was normal, and that the padding would break in and become more comfortable with use. It sure did and now is perfect! Highly recommend!
I was able to order all of my parts and even received a shipping confirmation. Then a few days later, they sent me an email saying one of the parts wasn't available. This doesn't make sense to me. You should have known when my order was placed.
Anything I need, from tires to a helmet, Revzilla comes through. Customer sevice? Excellent. Shopping for a specific bike? Piece of cake. The folks at Revzilla are absolutely killing it. Keep it up.
Beautiful helmet. The interior is lush and comfortable. However, with the visor down at any speed above 30mph it is very loud. Visor all the way up at the same speed produces an annoyingly loud whistle. The solution is visor halfway down but then the leather visor pull tab is in my peripheral vision. I've been wearing a 3/4 helmet for a while now and hoped that this "full" face helmet would help with the weather getting colder here in NJ.
I may return it.
Typical online buying experience. Same end price as other sites. Not sure if it was here or the other guys, but the math when ordering doesn't line up, the item and tax did not equal the total price, tax calculation was different than other site with a similar name. Bought it, got it, I'm good.
Service was good as usual but unfortunately the product did not fit my atv so I had to return it. The return process was easy.

Helmet visor was exactly what I wanted. As always Revzilla customer service was great. Very quick shipping. The visor was packed very well. Revzilla followed up to ensure I received the visor and was happy with my purchase and service. I could not ask for more!
