I ordered my new tires on Monday so I made an appt to get my tires replaced on Friday anticipating I would get the tires beforehand. Well, I forgot to hit OK to complete the purchase on the tires and realized it after hours. I submitted the order hours later and still got my tires on Thursday. Thanks

The taillight I brought was fine. Works great. My problem is my 2 days shipping turned into 5 days shipping. No idea why. I guess everyone was busy but this only really suck because I had to ride in the dark to work. Trying not to get hit by cars

The item arrived in a box that had been opened, smashed, and taped back together. The windshield visor was in a bag that was obviously opened (it wasn't taped shut). I haven't put the visor on my bike yet as I'm deciding whether to send it back. I didn't pay for a open box. I'm really disappointed in Revzilla. Usually, you all are much better than this. I'm planning to call Customer Service.

Been using the Michelin Roads for years now. It was time for a new front tire and the milage and handling never disappoint. The front does seems to wear slightly odd, but every front tire I have put on my 2009 Concours has pretty much worn the same way, so must be something with the bike. I have routinely gotten well north of 13,000 miles out of the Roads.

I've purchased from multiple online cycle stores and have never had to pay to return or exchange something. I should have done more reading and made myself aware that Revzilla charges for both. The product was flawless and the packaging was GREAT but I just need a different size and have to pay. Meaning if the next one doesn't fit, I'll have to pay again to return that one and so on. I'm disappointed.

Ordered the mechanism kit for the C3 pro shield and description says shipped in 2-3 days...Well, received it 13 days later. Great item but just really ticked about the shipping/receiving.
