Everything is straight forward. I liked the price match that was offer to items I found better prices somewhere else. Very friendly and resourceful customer service. You can feel 'customer first' mindset. Returns are easy although they cost 9.99.

Shipping took quite a while was concerned it would get here before needed as a Christmas gift.

Ordered some Dainese Pony 3 perforated leather pants after carefully taking my measurements with a tailor's tape. Because I've only worn Astars in the past, I decided to get the size matching the measurement in the size chart (and what I wear in Astars), and also the next larger size because some people have said they run a little small. I was a little concerned about going too large because my legs aren't that long so I didn't want the knee protectors to be in the wrong spots or have the legs be too long. My plan was to keep the pair that fit best and return the other.
As it turned out, this model runs really small! I was unable to get the smaller pants on at all. The larger size sort of fit, but was way too tight in the waist and seat. And when in a seated position the leg was too tight on the lower thigh just above the knee and the length from the waist to the knee protection was not long enough so they were pulling and the knee cups were trying to ride up.
Thankfully, there's a great return policy and I'm an RPM member so it was easy to ship them back for a refund so I can get a bigger size. Love the pants, just need larger ones.

Recommendation to others: Go up at least 1 size based on the sizing chart! If you're at the high end of the range for a size you may want to go up 2 sizes, which is what I ended up doing.

Ordered two tires from RevZilla. Both tires arrived in good condition. I'm a little disappointed at the age of the tires. One was just over a year old and the other is close to two years old. Hopefully they were stored correctly to minimize degradation.
