Revzilla has been amazing for all of my outdoor riding adventures and safety gear with detailed video reviews and easy to navigate browser making purchases much easier for the customer as well as the fantastic customer service. I purchased the air light helmet, which was on sale on the website. I felt confident that I was getting a quality product and was excited however, I received a SM which, originally in my head, I thought that was a small medium, but later found out that that was incorrect, and it was a small I was easily able to return. It got a full refund and because of how smooth the process was with the customer service, I decided to re-purchase and got the correct size which was a medium if I could give any advice for buyers don't make the mistake. I did make sure to either call customer service when making your purchase if you're unsure or take your time I was so excited that I didn't pay attention, but I absolutely love my helmet. I will be purchasing more things very soon for my riding adventures.

Bought a windscreen deflector, it uses self-tapping screws into plastic for the mounting hardware (I'd prefer metal nuts for better strength) and the holes on one side of the mount were too small. I had to drill them out to match the other side before the screws could tap into them.

They fit well. Got them 4 size to big to were extra clothing. Worked out good

Shipping was delayed twice, then when tires were "delivered" they were just thrown in our driveway

Website is a bit crude, seems every time I navigate around site I have to reset my bike stats. Videos are great, product availability iffy, shipping normal, nice rounded variety of popular accessories/gear

We decided to buy our entire team helmets this year. They all came in exactly as promised and look great.

Needed a brake bleed one way valve or speed bleeder and Revzilla had a Motion Pro that worked on all my motorcycles.

Pleasure to have support when needed, sometimes recommendations saves erroneous purchases that may need to be returned. The return process is easy if needed but the shipping requirements and possible cost isn't up to todays standards!

I ORDERDED AN ALPINESTAR ST-7 2L JACKET, PANTS AND BACK PROTECTOR AND SOMEHOW THE ORDERED WAS DOUBLED. I CALLED REVZILLA AND REPORTED THE ERROR AND THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT ME A RETURN SLIP. I RETURNED ONE OF THE ORDERS AND IN AROUND 3 DAYS THEY RECEIVED THE OREDER AND SENT ME A CREDIT, NO OTHER QUESTIONS ASKED.
THE JACKET AND PANTS ARE BEAUTIFUL BUT BEING IN UPSTATE NY I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO TEST THEM YET. SOOOOOON THOUGH.
