Got my order 2 days after purchase, order was correct and got email with tracking next day

Ordered great quality Rev it boots and delivered fast. Unfortunately the toe won't fit under shifter. They are marred and unable to be returned. I donated to good will. $217 down the drain. Wish i glanced at customer reviews before buying. Learned the hard way.

I have had good luck with Revzilla. But this time was a disappointment.

Ordered Bark Buster hand guards for my 2023 VStrom 650 and received them well packaged and in a timely manner

Im a RPM member and with that you supposed to get two day shipping but for the parts that I ordered the two day shipping didn't seem to apply because it took over a week and a half to actually get the product so wasn't too happy about that. But I what I ordered wasn't to big of a deal on getting here fast.

I received the headlight and the product was better than I expected it was way brighter than the oe headlight

This is the second purchase I have made of the same backpack. The first ripped out the right strap and the bottom, and I had to replace a few of the zipper tugs over time, but I put it through some rough use over four years before it failed. The organization and utility of the design are so good that I could not find a better alternative; if this one lasts for 4 years, I will probably buy another.

Quick and easy to find the parts I needed. However I ordered a "complete set" of pads front and rear pads. However the front of my bike takes two sets of pads so this isn't a complete set for my bike and now I have to go back and find just the single front set to match the other pads I've already received. I wasn't aware of this and it's my mistake technically for not checking. However this is an inconvenience because I expected to have everything I needed with one order that took a week to receive.
