I don't understand how a retailer sells a product when the manufacturer does not include install instructions. They leave it up to the consumer to find ways of installing the products. That should not be the case. Every manufacturer should include install instructions.

I liked this particular jacket that was a closeout. One of the reviews mentioned their size and weight and what size jacket they bought and fit well. I am the same size and the reviewer so i took their advice to go with a 2XL and it was a great fit!

They provided the tracking status of the items and it came packaged with protective wrap so I'm very happy about that. I followed their online sizing options and it was unfortunately a little off but I did read the comments and they warned so about the specific item. They also gave a free sticker which is always rad!

Finding the parts was easy. Apparently finding the correct parts is not easy. The bolt that came with the new ones is quite a bit thinner. Not usable and returning is a hassle...

I had to go to a 45 being a size 11 US. I have high arches and shoes with the racheting system didn't have enough slack for me to even get in them. I am very pleased with these so far and hope they last. I wish I had found these much sooner as I feel so much more protected wearing a proper moto boot. I do have to take my time getting in and out lacing up and down, but that is just part of a securely fitting boot. You don't want them flying off if the situation ever presents itself.

Parts and service was excellent. They have everything I need for my kawasaki vulcan nomad.

After selecting the jacket I wanted the process was pretty smooth from payment to shipment and finally to delivery. The jacket came nicely packaged (straight out the dry cleaners) it even had a hangar. This style jacket does run slim so be aware. Delivery times have been good so far for me. All my recent orders have come in within a working weeks time frame.

Good experience so far. Company has had everything I needed up to this point. The one thing that was out of stock, I received an email when it was back in stock. Great company!
