I've always had a great experience with RevZilla, but this time I received an item that was clearly used.

J&P cycles got my last from y'all that's why I went straight to your site.

Ordered approximately $900.00 worth of parts from RevZilla and everything went great but after inspection of a S&S air cleaner assembly I found no O-ring for the backing plate. This is the responsibility of
S&S Cycle. They were notified of the shortage but were I was denied b/c I didn't buy them and take it up with RevZilla,

I had an issue with delivery, it didn't go to my house. I called and spoke with Joe who lined up a replacement for me. The package must have gone to an honest neighbor as, although opened, the package was thrown over the fence to my house. Joe worked with me and we canceled the replacement parts. He kept me informed each step of the way and was elated when I told him I received the original shipment

The t bars I bought really were not what we expected. There was way too much sweep for the height and they were scratched up due to poor handling by the carrier. Please, please! Stop using FedEx as a shipping carrier.
