I purchased two Bridgestone RS10 tires for my zx6r on April 27 2025. Shipping was updated April 29th 2025. I thought it was odd that Revzilla shipped the tires separately, front tire arrived on May 2nd and rear tire will not arrive until May 5th or later- FIRST red flag. When my front tire arrived, I began inspecting and checking the tire, I immediately noticed there was ZERO flex in the sidewall and the entire tire felt rock hard to the touch… very incorrect for a track oriented dot tire. I had to double check the manufacture date because I did not believe I read "4022" correctly the first time… yes, this tire was produced during the 40th week of 2022. This tire is nearly 3 years old & was CLEARLY stored improperly.
I called to inquire with a Revzilla rep who told me, "They're within 10 years so they should be fine" … A tires MAXIMUM life span is 6 years when store in proper conditions. This same rep told me, "we have climate control warehouses so it is impossible that the tire is hard." … when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said that was statement was incorrect- Revzilla drop ships from vendor warehouses, they have no way to quality control, check manufacture dates, and they also have no way of knowing if these "vendor warehouses" are storing their tires properly. Revzilla's only offer or attempt at making things right was to offer an exchange for the same tires, but again, the supervisor confirmed they drop ship from exterior vendors & they claim they will continue to ship tires up to 10 years old at the risk of the rider who receives them.

Bought the phone mount made by RAM mounts to hold my phone on my new motorcycle and it broke almost immediately.

I got my order and everything seemed great until I noticed a slice from a razor in the packaging. The product was hit by it, but it was also a closeout item and the last one. I decided to just deal with it. Whoever package it had to have seen it, but shipped it anyway.

Both products arrived at the same time. They were packaged and in great shape.

I ordered the new Alpinestar Tech Air 5 Plasma vest in XL. The box it arrived in said XL, but the garment inside the box was a Small. I called and the gentleman I talked with apologized and promised to get me a size XL as soon as possible. I returned the size small as he directed and received the XL the following week. I'm happy with it. I've used Revzilla for years, partly because they are easy to deal with when you need to return/exchange something.

Ordered tires for my daughter's bike. Easy stress free shopping. Front & rear tires came together and didn't have to wait 3 weeks.

Nice gloves, have not used them yet though. I hope they feel as good riding as my icons did.

Bought a pair of gloves, took 3 weeks to get said pair, I sent an email inquiry about my order and got a rude response that I felt wasn't very professional, I wouldn't order from them

Was a bit unsure about ordering tiresfrom a web retailer due to the date of product protection,
I pulled the trigger on ordering and was pleasantly surprosed to find the tire production was new up to date production! The fourth week of 2025! Great job and I will not hesitate ordering again!

Almost everything in this website is overpriced, slow shipping, horrible customer service care. Didn't help me at all, just continued to say it's my fault, not their fault. Will never purchase here again. My pictures below show a huge difference. They are both exactly the same! $100.00 - $110.00 dollar difference on other websites.

The mirrors I ordered are perfect but one of the gloves in my 2 glove set looked worn down and has a small hole in the side of the finger. Not a big issue but a quality check before you send the package would be cool.

I bought Klim pants and they were too big. RevZilla gave me a full refund and I ordered the new pair the same day. They came 3 days later. Yesterday I got the credit on my credit card. Excellent service. Thank you guys!
