The good news is that I tend to receive product quicker than I expect. The bad news is that tracking info is not up to date, so that I find it hard to plan my time. While I am very happy with my Revzilla orders, you'd get an A+ if you can fix your tracking updates.

Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. My only complaint is the price of the inmotion refill cartridge for my Kline air vest. Very expensive for what it is. This is not about Revzilla pricing, it's just the list price for the item. I use Revzila because they are predictablely good with their customer service.

Great product, order quickly filled. The ONLY complaint I have is that they said I would receive the item within 2 days. It took 4 days. Now, the shipping is not their issue. But it's not good practice to promise more than you can deliver.

I like the detail exploded view of carburetors. With the exploded view and parts description I could easily fine the correct parts for my 1996 Royal Star 1300.

I have always worn Arai Helmets. Now more than ever there is a wide selection of helmets in the market. I just can't afford to wear a dozen different hats, break them in and then decide which one is the best. So I buy a pretty high end Arai helmet, the Corsair-X which I am sure fits me, provides superior airflow and has protected my noggin repeatedly. It also means I can shop online and not depend on limited inventory at some dealership or retail store to try and find my fit. At the end of the day I got that awesome blue samurai decorating my skull and making me extra visible. Thanks for the new hat. Well done.
