I ordered a fuel injector for my motorcycle. It cost over 300 dollars for the part and shipping. I was not happy with the shipping. They only used a huge plastic bag to ship a fuel injector. I think that's a bad idea. No box or anything else like bubble wrap to protect the injector from possible damage. I hope the injector work as it's supposed to. So yeah not really happy about how it was shipped

Always used Dunlop Elites but couldn't bring myself to install the new Dunlop AE2's with no tread in the center of the rear tire. I know Dunlops says they are better in the rain than the Elite's, but I just wasn't confident putting them on a bike that I sometimes ride in "all day" rain. I returned them and bought Metzler's. Return was easy with no baloney and refund processed the next day. Metzler's arrived quickly. Thank You!

Bought CRG RC2 shorty levers expecting a direct fit for my 2018 GSXR750. What I got was a brake lever for an 11-16 GSXR750 and a clutch lever for a 2009 GSXR1000. Neither fit my bike. Shipping wasn't fast either, but that was more on FedEx than RevZilla. The return process was where it really fell apart. Rep #1 never got back to me. Rep #2 also ghosted after I updated them about the return. Finally, Rep #3 sent the return slip… three days later. I called instead of doing the online return to confirm if I could exchange or only return, but Rep #1 and #2 didn't answer that. Rep #3 finally clarified, after three days of wasted time. In short, anything with fitment specificity for a certain year or bike model? I'll buy elsewhere. Miscellaneous items here are fine, but I won't trust them again for critical parts. At least my money eventually made its way back. But the entire experience felt like herding cats blindfolded.

Ordered new helmet based on size of current in use. Went with a different brand than I currently have and fit was a little too snug. Quick and easy return. Reordered helmet in next bigger size and fit is great

Revzilla offers some of the best support, service and follow through out of any online retailer I use, regardless of market segment. Their CS team are actual users of the gear they sell and this makes a huge difference when deciding what to buy, and for me, where to buy. The other thing they get right is the purchase/ship window. I have never had a lag while waiting for an item to get a tracking number and get out the door.

I received a led head light for Father's day. Unfortunately the manufacturer of the light is unaware this wire is necessary. I am glad I found this or my light would have not worked properly. This is to light the halo on the light.
