RevZilla is always quick, and easy, to deal with. They are dependable, and trustworthy. The mirrors where cheap, so you can't expect too much. However, they are still good quality, for the price. I only gave the mirrors a "4," because: 1) Unfortunately RevZilla had the ONLY thing even somewhat close to my OEM mirrors. (Which are no longer available) 2) They are made of lighter material, than I expected, and vibrate more than I care for.

Revzilla is awesome! Your customer service is awesome but the FedEx guy who did not take a picture when he left my $300 tire left a note that said I had a gate on my driveway which I do not and then through my tire in the ditch 15 ft from the highway because he didn't want to come up my driveway... I have never had a delivery guy do that before..

It's always easy to shop and order on Revzilla. Good customer service and support.

Excellent website, customer service was great. Only deduction was just not having enough inventory on big items. But that is probably more to do with production allotment.

I emailed them re the currency oversight and was completely ignored. Ended up paying $100 AUD more for same product so my experience was pretty ordinary. The Klim backpack is excellent just paid a lot more than expected.

I ordered a shifter pet, brake peg and two foot pegs, revzilla sent the shifter peg and brake peg but sent grips instead of the foot pegs, I called customer service and had to take pictures of what they sent and was told they would send the foot pegs and a shipping label to send the grips back but I still haven't received the foot pegs!

I normally I'm a pretty patient person but it took over 10 days by the time I ordered the parts for them to get here. I've already been compensated for that, but the tube that I had ordered and installed on my bike was defected and leaked and went flat immediately after I put it on my bike. Luckily I had a good mechanic to fix it but it was a defected tube.

Although there seems to be a nice selection of women's riding gear, but don't let the fool you. If you are 5'3" and 180lbs, nothing will fit. I used the measuring charts as directed for the Sedici Frederic 2 women pants and matching jacket. I watched the video and it stated the sizes are "True to size." Wrong! I ordered the XL and the waist went up to my breasts, baggy waist, the knee guards were at my shines (Nowhere near my knees), tight in the bottom and when I bent over, the snap at the waist popped open. So if I were 5'9" and 120lbs, I think the XL would have fit me just fine, but not for a short fat girl like me. I also had to pay $9.99 to return my pants and for a jacket they sent to me in the wrong size from what I ordered.
