The helmet i ordered arrived with a broken visor latch, but overall it was fine. I didn't notice the latch was broken until my buddy asked why the front looked like it was missing a piece. This is my first helmet so i didn't notice immediately.

Helmets are best selected based upon trial and error, fitting one after another until the perfect match of head size and shape with the helmet shell and padding is achieved. Obviously, this is impossible with online shopping. Revzilla attempts to counter this by providing every type of helmet measurement possible, including head shape. Granted, this is not perfect for your FIRST helmet purchase, but once you have a helmet you like, it becomes possible to cross reference sizes and shapes to find a good match.

Leather material for tieing covers too weak. Had to purchase heavier leather cord. Other than that nice product.

My experience with RevZilla was both positive and negative. I ordered a tank bag, but it was shipped without the base plate necessary to connect it to the motorcycle. I jumped through all the appropriate hoops of sending pictures and emails and what not and almost a week later, I do not have a return authorization.
On a positive note, while I was unable to replace it with the specific model of tank bag, I was able to find a replacement on RevZilla with the help of their helpful customer service team. At my request, they overnight shipped it out to my residence, ensuring that it would arrive before the Fourth of July so that I could use it For a planned road trip.
In general, I am very satisfied with RevZilla, I am disappointed that they shipped a product that was incomplete and clearly had been used, but they made it right.

Bought for my wife she loves it and fits amazing. She loves how cool it is without water repellent zipped out.

The tank pad I ordered were not a very good fit and required considerable cutting to make them suitable. Too expensive for that to be necessary.
