Ordered some skincare items from Revolve, and they were all great. I will say though, the site is a bit pricey, so I would often compare prices with the original brand site as they often have first customer discounts.
I have purchased a number of clothing items and a few pairs of shoes. Extremely poor quality for what they charge! Every single purchase I have returned. Found it amazing, pre-covid, that the return center provided in California, the girl behind the desk said there was an overwhelming amount of returns always from Revolve. I am done purchasing.
I returned my order and it was delivered 4 days ago I have not received my refund and I'm continuously being charged via afterpay I am being charged for this item and have not received my refund
Love REVOLVE products! I'm subscribed to all 3 subscriptions they offer. When I have needed to get a hold of customer service they were super fast at getting back to me. And resolved my issue which was mail issues.
Amazing custom service. The best I have done in a long time. Clothing pieces I ordered are perfect. Very happy with my order. Fits were perfect and quality was a lot better than I expected. Definitely ordering again!
Super service. Ordered a pair of Soludos espadrilles from their own site, they arrived after alot of hassle. Ordered my replacement pair from Revolve, service was impeccable and the shipping was faultless. Arrived quickly and packaged properly.

Very easy to find the things I needed. The shipping is impressively fast.
The clothing was NOT what it appeared on their website. The fabric looked like a cloth that I wipe my dishes with. Also sizing is seriously inaccurate NOT worth the money!
I believe there are honest reviews on the products and sizes which is really helpful. Great variety of clothes, quality varies but the reviews are spot on. Returns are easy and processed timely. Website is extremely efficient.

Good afternoon.
Since you have shipped with dpd and this parcel service does not deliver anything, but returns the shipment in the parcel shop without attempting to deliver, I cannot accept the goods.
I am disabled and can not go to the parcel shop to pick it up. If you continue to ship with dpd, I will no longer be able to order from your company.
I give 3 stars because a lot of it happened to me that the quality of the clothing for the price was prettty bad and sometimes it was even damaged when it came or there was a seam missing.

I was surprised by how fast these earrings came. They are sturdy, yet lightweight, and they are a great statement accessory. My only complaints would be that the earrings I got came with two different types of earring backs, and the plastic part of one of the backs broke off after I took the earring off the first time. Not what I would expect given the price I paid.

Transit time for that option is typically between 5-8 days and it's important to note that this option does not include duties/taxes.
