I ordered the Samba long silk dress in a size small (based on the model specs) and while it was beautiful it was a smidge too short. So I then ordered the medium and it fit like a dream! Such a gorgeous but wispy dress. I then proceeded to send the small back but in the wrong return bag. The customer service rep helped me untangle the mess and get my refund in less than an hour.
Fast and convenient, I did not expect such prompt service, thank you for also following up to ensure it was received.
