If you look past the marketing for every product that says everything they sell will save 5-10 strokes per round, revolution golf has terrific instruction and they introduce you to some excellent products. Customer service is great. They answer the phone quickly, are professional and helpful. Shipping for RG+ is free and generally fast. I have bought a couple training aids that were less than helpful but I was too lazy to return so I can't comment on return service. Overall, I enjoy being introduced to new products that have worked out very well for me including Snell golf balls, Renagar wedges and Tour Edge woods and hybrids. Do they save 5-10 strokes per round, no. Are they great products which I would have never discovered, yes.
I purchased a well made driver about 2 months ago and due to weather and other things did not get around to trying it until late in the 30 day window for returns. When it did not perform as well as my driver, I called and asked if I could return it, even though I had Installed a CP-2 grip on it, to make it comparable to my driver. The Customer Service representative said that would be OK, issued a return authorization, and it all worked out fine, with my refund being sent promptly after their driver was returned. It was a pleasure dealing with Revolution Golf

I recently purchased the TeeLess Driver. Unfortunatley, it did not work out for me so I contacted RevolutionGolf to find out how to get refunded for the purchase. The representative was most helpful and provided me with a step-by-step process to return the driver and get my credit card credited.
The process was very straightforward and the representative was easy to work with. I'm still in the process of making the return and receiving the credit.

On sale, I was able to buy it by calling RG customer service on the phone. In fact there was a "wait line" so I opted to have them call be back. They did so, and the sale was made for the early bird price. I'm a satisfied customer.

I was watching golf on tv an d there was an advertisement for Revolution Golf to hit longer drives. I googled Revolution Golf, watched the video provided and thought I would see what the video was about. I ended up ordering the video for $17.00 and was provided a link to a what was discribed as a streaming video. I e mailed twice to see if it was a one time shot or you could view it as many times as I wanted. No response. I finalled found a phone number and called. After going through all the BS of pushing this and that number, being put on ignore for what seemed like a lifetime, I spoke to someone who informed me I could watch it as often as I liked, it was a download.
Well I have tried to download on my I phone, I pad to no avail. I finally download3d it to my corporate computer, a no no, and tried to watch it, got audio but no video.
I e mailed again last night, and you guessed it, still no response.
It may ge good but I'll never know.

Previously I wrote a very negative review on Revolution Golf in regards to lack of response when I returned an item for refund. However, I have to say that once they got the tracking # of my return they responded promptly to me and my refund was issued within a few days. So for anyone returning something to them, make sure you have a tracking # and follow-up your return with an email to them with the tracking # and original order #. I did call them to follow-up on my email and was on hold for about 30 minutes but Steven came on the line and told me the refund was issued and sure enough within 48 hrs of that call I saw the refund on my credit card - so be diligent and make sure you follow-up with them and hopefully you will have an equally positive response.

Ordered a driver and it was too short. After 3 emails to them I have had no response.
Called and there was a 3 hour wait. Customer service is non-existent.

After everything was said and done, Revolution Golf finally acquiesce and reversed the charges for the golf gloves. Not going unnoticed was all the documentation I provided to American Express - documenting email conversations which I believe went a long way toward reversing the charges. Also I will applaud Robby K who did live up to his committment and TaylorMade did send me the balls he promised.
The hits just keep on coming. Today I recieved from Revolution Golf wanting tracking information for the defective golf gloves I returned to address they authorized me to send. I wasn't going to spend the extra money for tracking so IO simply sent it through the US Post Office for a fee of $5.44. NOW they want tracking information before authorizating a refund. This comes after I was promised a dozen golf balls (which I have never received) and was told that I may "You may dispose of the defective gloves", even though I returned them and now they are demanding a receipt. This is as bad as it gets and I have now taken action with American Express to resolve this dispute. All I can say is never ever will I do business with this deceitful company again and I urge you to do the same..
A couple of weeks ago I received an email from Revolution Golf and Justin Tupper promoting amazing performance and astonishing durability for a product they promoted which was 4 Pack of Zero Friction Compression Fit Gloves.
After receiving the shipment I was anxious to try out these gloves. During my very first round, the material around the fingers on the inside of the glove starting deteriorating and flaking off the glove leaving the material underneath exposed. I cant believe at the end of the round how much of the material was peeling and coming off the glove, particularly on the fingers where the club is gripped.
When I called they offered $60 in revolution videos as oppose to returning the gloves, which I politely declined as my interest was solely in the zero friction compression gloves.
When I asked for a prepaid shipping label, they mentioned they dont supply those and the shipping would be my responsibility. Given the defective nature of the gloves, I was extremely disappointed in their response.
So it cost me $5.33 to have an experience with Revolution Golf. My suggestion is never, ever purchase these Zero Compression gloves and be skeptical of any purchase you make.
They offer you a totally free example before you buy. But you never get anything but a totally BS pitch and then a automatic flip to a page that insists you buy, without any real understanding of what you are purchasing.
Just a common rip-off so common today, offer something you are never going to provide, then suggest you buy a unknown product.
I am sure that any rating over 1 is just a planted review from the staff at revolution golf. Do not go there, and that is a pity isn't it, that so many good pro's were hooked into this kind of scandalous swindle.
Just ignore the ads and perhaps this swindle will go away without damaging the reputation of golf too much.

I bought some glasses from revolution golf, they were really cheap plastic, nothing like the video or pictures, i wouldn't give to my worst enemy. Beware having to pay extra for postage, even paying for shipping upfront with revolution golf, you are charged for collecting your package as well, paying twice for the same delivery. The money back guarantee is worthless, you have to pay again to return it, making returning anything pointless. My glasses are in the bin. Absolutely disgusted

I purchased a Callaway Watch, was not happy with it, and returned in the original packaging. Sent FedEx, and was shown the delivery back to them. After waiting and waiting, I contacted them to find out where my refund was. Was told they needed my FedEx proof number. Provided it, then nothing. Avery big scam outfit.

I cannot understand how a company like this stays in business. They have on average 15-20 minute hold times, which is completely unacceptable in today's business world.
You have to beg them to refund your money spent on a inferior product and they literally treat you like you are a nuisance and a bother to them. If I ran my business like this my customers would NOT be doing business with me very long.
It is a shame as they have I believe just been bought by the Golf Channel. Just my opinion, BUYER BEWARE!

Im having problems accessing my account. I requested information on changing my password yesterday and still havent heard back.
The 365 money back return us a scam. After finally getting through to customer service and receiving a RMA, I returned the Power Paciseing Trainer in original box. The item was still new with DVD and instructions. One month later still no refund. I know received from tracking package. Do not buy anything with the assumption you can return it.

Why would Martin Chuck, who appears to be a stand up guy, promote the swing click? Martin, you cant need the money that bad. Promotional material says money returned in seven days if not happy with the product. Now waiting for thirty days and was told so many returns have delayed the return of $25.00. Justin, it appears your company is a house of cards. So many bad reviews about your customer service and you fiddle.

I enjoy many of the tips from RG's pros, especially Martin Chuck. I only ordered once from RG, on Justins recommendation. Disappointed in product (Oncore golf balls). I was informed that if dissatisfied, return was available. Unfortunately after asking about the return process... crickets... No more purchases for me.

I ordered the Happy Putter on Friday 9/15 and the mailman gave it to me this morning 9/18. That is pretty good, from CA to CT in 3 days, so I would say I am a very Happy customer. Went to putting green today and love Happy. Will use her in my round tomorrow, hoping to cut down on the 3-putts.
