I purchase a unlimited package from resumepundit however, every time I try to get an update it seems as if Brian F. Is ignoring me, he does not reply to emails, text or phone calls. I am not satisfied with resumepundit at all. I will not be referring this company to any of my classmates.

The until review & cover letter were timely and really good. However, they say they will add future work to your resume for free, for life. I contacted them about a year or so later to have some new work added. It took several attempts to get a response. I sent them the required info and have never heard back. They have ignored all other inquiries. I choose them because of their promise for future edits. There are other, more honorable companies out there. I would recommend you choose them.

I didn't receive the draft in 3 to 4 days as described on their website. This didn't leave enough time to fix areas that needed reworked and completed. It was more than 2 days after that that I received a response from the resume writer. And a person with Resume Pundits who said " Go f%^& yourself" in an email to me after I complained and that I wanted my money back and that I would post my experience on social media

Jennifer Bernicky is amazing. She took a list of facts and turned it into a beautiful resume. She answered any questions I had, and made any little tweaks I suggested. I'm especially impressed by how quickly she does this work. We all have doubts about our abilities going into this process; Jennifer's work makes me feel more confident about myself heading into this process. I will suggest this company, and Jennifer, to my friends.

I purchased 0-5 years experience package including LinkedIn update in June 2021. I was contacted by a resume writer immediately after the payment, and I was happy about the resume I received. I forgot to ask LinkedIn update at that moment, so I recently called and emailed to Resume Pundits for LinkedIn and resume update. I contacted them numerous times but never received response so far. Resume pundits guarantees lifetime resume updates, but it seems it is extremely hard to receive the resume update service once the first service is done. I chosen Resume Pundits because they guarantees lifetime resume updates. There are plenty of resume writing services out there, so I would recommend you to but the service elsewhere.

I have nearly 18 years of experience in my career, April wonderfully articulated my skills and experience in a thoughtful and concise manner. I highly recommend this service.

Did not know what to expect since I have never needed a resume. I was treated very well from the get go and my writer (Tim F) did an amazing job! Also, I did get the linkedin upgrade and again was blown away with the results!
