Creating the resume was fun and easy. However, it didn't upload to a particular job site and I'm not sure if was because the PDF wasn't a standard size nor broken into pages, rather it was a long PDF image. Or if it didn't upload due to another issue.

I was told I would be charged a few dollars for using the service but my bank statement shows I was charged over $29. The service was helpful in the beginning but I'm definitely upset about the fact that I was charged 10 times more than I was told I would be charged. It should be straightforward billing, and should not charge you extra money when you haven't been provided the total they're charging you.

I didn't know befoe I bought it that it wouldn't be in Word Format. The PDF has no page breaks. Two sections have default text in (VIP events... etc), from the Resume Coach software, that I can't remove and have nothing to do with me, my work, or my uploaded CV.
