This is advertised on google as a free service to create a CV document. However, to access the document once created is a monthly fee. I am very disappointed. I would have liked the option to pay for a 1x use.

Don't advertise your product as free to desperate young job seekers who were never taught how to make a resume. Don't get me wrong, you have a good product, just scummy advertising practices and gotcha tactics.

Good site really easy to use. But sad thing that on the front page there's a message that it is for free but after that I needed to pay. So in my opinion is better to put a price 0,95 it costs not so much. People will pay you that and trust you more.

I paid one time resume but they saved my bank info and they are charging me every month, although I have canceled the membership which I didn't sign up for at the first place but they charged me this month as well! The worst experience ever!
