Misleading marketing. I was lead to believe that this would be a free service. Furthermore, they stole my email from my resume that I imported and sent me emails prior to forcing me to make an account. This could have been a 5 star review had they not mislead me and use my information to send me emails prior to making an account. The price isn't terrible for what you get.

Needs to be far clearer up front that this is not a free service. The free service allows you to download a txt file, which is completely worthless. I think the price is completely fair, and the service is well designed. Despite my low score I will likely use it again, or even recommend it to others, this is entirely based on how dishonest it feels.

You build everything. Everything saying free leading up to the punchline of requiring an account. Requiring a registration of a domain. Required a credit/debit card. You are making it more complicated then it needs to be, advertise 2 dollars. And put a transaction at the beginning and be done. And now after selecting to not follow up. Great help with resume however online pops up as free resume builder and then waits until the end of the resume completion to address cost, very misleading.
