Unable to see their price anytime, you can only see 1 time after you create your resume.
Charge me 59$ without any notice? Smart scammer by offer you 1.95$ at first.
Avoid using this website at all cost, there is another much better choice out there.

Scam Alert
July 30, 2019

As I have now read all the other reviews, I see I am not alone. I apparently purchased resumebuild.eu. Which I see their are different country branches. Very clever. This way They can keep the scamming going. They offer different options of service but apparently that is the click bait to get you. I purchased a week of service and while expected my term to end after 7 days. They spying put at the very bottom of an email, not at the top about being charged $59 if I don't cancel after 7 days. If I had wanted more then a week in the first place then I would have signed up for that. They are getting away knowingly with theft. I have emailed several departments and only one will respond back. I have asked for a number to call to speak to a supervisor to which no response. Gotta give them credit. They knew to only be reached by email so they can ignoring any refunds. Apparently they have no customer service. Buyer beware! But I am sure if u are reading this it's too late.

The https://resumebuild.com has been deducted money from my account, initially they offer you to pay 1.95$ to download your resume and after 7 days they deducted 4046. 90 rupees from my account without any authorization. I have gone through all the term and condition from there web site but they have not mention how much they will deduct money or period of further subcription.

Resumebuild is playing with people, totally froud, bastard company, even they have not share any contact number too.

Is there any way we can save from this kind of company?

Complete scam company which deducts money from account without authorisation. Don't use it no matter what.

I recently subscribed to only the 1.95 dollars purchase scheme and I was not given any details regarding the auto renewal and auto subscription to the 59 USD monthly subscription scheme during my payment. Because of which it has lead me to the loss of 59 USD which isn't a small amount for me and the company irresponsibly replies back saying it isn't going to provide a refund. It is completely a scam of the company to charge its customer more than what they have subscribed for through the auto renewal and auto charging scam through the cards that we used for payment initially to avail the one week subscription.
I request all the other customers who have faced a similar issue to join and raise a joint petition/complaint against the company with the court and make them face a compensation for the extra charges that we have incurred, that is the only way by which we can get the refund back from resumebuild.com. This is completely possible through the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) under the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act, or ROSCA. Please reply back to join in lodging the complaint.

This company is built on an autopayment scam. 7 day trial just means cancel as soon as ur done with your initial resume otherwise you will get charged 60 dollars for a service you are more than likely not going to use.

There's nothing new to say here. They will charge you $60 for the year if you don't cancel within the 7-day window, and will not refund this.

I wrote to them:
"I received a charge on my card from RESUMETOP.COM from a subscription here at resumebuild.com. I missed the fine print on the website and did not realize it would automatically bill me for the entire year after 7 days. I don't need this subscription. I've cancelled on the website, and want to see if I can get a refund for the amount you billed today."

I've attached the response as an image.

If you have this happen to you, contact your credit card company to dispute it. This is something they will help you with.

As below said, they automatically charged my $59 for another 12 weeks subscription. Excuse me? 12 weeks? Who wants to use this for 12 weeks! This is fraud! It is $1.95 for 7 days. How could it be $59 for 12 weeks?

The 7 day subscription is great. However beware that you will be charged $29.95 at the end of the 7 days and the company is unwilling to reverse those charges if you did not realize you would be charged. They said that they sent an email with the automatic charge detailed, however I cannot find any such email in my records. If it was my error, so be it, however, most companies are willing to reverse a charge made under these circumstances. Resume build is not. Buyer beware.
