Resume Build is such an easy-to-use site to make the desired resume. It took me less than 15 mins to make a professional one! I am finally ready for my interview this evening.
The tool has made resume building quite an easier task for me! I just followed some steps and ended up getting a perfect CV that aligns my job description well.
It took few good minutes to feed in all the details and select the template before downloading it. Within minutes, my resume was ready. Very helpful..
Resumebuild is just the tool I needed to create a professional resume for getting a reputed job! Due to its easy formatting options and ease of editing, I had ZERO trouble accomplishing the goal!
This is a scam. I cancelled this before the 7-day trial I got charged $59 anyway. Not nice I not fair! I have begged them for my money back... no help not fair
If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute scam and ripoff. They will take money out of your account without notifying you and don't even provide a good service. Customer service is horrible and clearly untrained and will regurgitate the same response over and over again to hide the fact that they are a scam. They take $59.00 out of your account every 12 weeks and won't tell you this on the site or in emails. Because they don't email you. I had to file a claim with my bank and file several reports within the Better Business Bureau. Terrible company, no real purpose or service, just a bunch of money hungry workers looking to take whatever money they can out of hard working people with no remorse. Such a scam. Just use a Google Doc or Word template for a resume. Managed to steal $300 from a college student. Terrible, terrible scam with greedy and despicable practices and workers. Beware.
I noticed a $59 bank card charge on my account from this company and looked further into it. Apparently they're pretty shady if you use their website. The infuriating thing in my case is, I never used their website. I looked further back on my account and not only did I have the $59 charge from them on 02/22/21 but there were two smaller charges of $0.95 and $1.00 on 02/16/21! The rep at my bank told me the $59 charge was a reoccurring charge too! I'm very upset about this, and my bank is currently investigating. Apparently this company is based out of Bulgaria.
Such a great website with attractive and professional templates for creating a resume, instantly. Thank you, Resumebuild for saving my time and energy.
I sent an email to cancel my account after utilizing service for one single day. The email apparently never went through and I was charged the full price for the service, which will not be used at all. Customer support refused to issue a refund.
I was asked to pay 2 dollars for my resume and that was it. I now randomly had 59 dollars taken from my bank account out of no where. Now my bank account is in the negative and I will have to pay fees with money I don't have. I don't have a job or any means of income right now and this website just totally $#*!ed me. No mention of having to pay 59 dollars anywhere when paying the 2 dollars. I now have to pay for going under with money I don't have. Ridiculous.
They charge you for first week $1.95. Then they charge $59. For three months even if you asked for a refund they will not refund you.
This website have horrible customer service and they don't want to return their customer money.
AVOID USING THIS WEBSITE.
I don't typically write negative reviews but $#*! THIS COMPANY! I initially signed up for a $2 resume but a couple of months later, they charged me another $59? They don't even want to give me my money back because they're scammers. Who in their right mind would pay $59 for a RESUME COMPANY?! Scammers! Stay away. 0/5.
Just like many of the other reviews on here, I purchased a simple resume for $1.95 and was charged $59.00 after a week. The policy before you buy it states that you can get your money back at ANYTIME gaurenteed with no questions asked, and they do just the opposite of that. They will not refund you and only care about themselves and making money by scamming people. They have absolutely no empathy when it comes to getting a refund. Many other services are more understanding and actually do give refunds and this company should learn from them and change their advertising to prevent people getting screwed over.
They steal $59 from you for a BS resume, that's just the start soon you'll see all kinds of charges on your card. Contact your bank and cancel your card.
First of all, no mention of cost was presented when I first began building my resume on this program. After spending a lot of time on it, up pops the $2.00 fee for instant access. I had already invested my time and did not mind paying that to download my resume. Much to my surprise, I was billed $59 the next week for a membership I did not want or need. I tried to get a refund and they refused. Horrible company, horrible representation on their website. Avoid them like the plague!
This site is a scam please do not use this. They are money hungry and this is a awful company I would not recommend the site at all. You are better off using office notes then making a resume on this site waste of money and time. They charged me 59 dollars for something I was unaware. This company is a rip off. There was no warning for the charge. They will not give me a refund. Save your time do not use this site.
You can easily do what this site does on Microsoft Word or a similar application for FREE. They lure you in with a $2 7 day trial than stab you in the back with a $59 instantly. They do not send you a receipt of your transaction and they won't give you a refund.
I was scammed $59 and I need help getting them back. It's college money that I had in my account and I don't have a job. I can not afford this right now. Somebody please, PLEASE HELP ME! Where do I go to get a refund? What can I do? I already talked to my bank and they said they'll give me a temporary refund but I can't lose those $59.
They don't tell you, you have to pay for it after you've filled out everything and written your entire resume. This website just wasted a lot of my time.
They make it seem like you can download your resume for a one time payment of $1.90 something. A few weeks later, they charge you over $50 for a subscription you didn't know you had. Tiny letters in the confirmation email they sent you are your only clue that you will be charged. To make it even harder to see it, they put those tiny letters at the end of the email, far from the confirmation button you have to press. Stay away, they are scammers who are looking to steal the money of people who are looking for jobs.
Answer: Please do not visit this site as its a scam. Initially it will charge you very less amount for the trial then they will charge you after every seven days with three times higher amount. I have blocked my account just because of this stupid website.
