When I received the screen it was broken, the wires that were suppose to be connected to the screen were detached. The packaging didn't show signs of damage I followed the process the company laid out by taking pictures of the package, and the condition of the screen, wires etc. I printed and filled out the form they required and spent more money to send th defective product back to Repair Universe. This process took 2 months! At first they couldn't find the delivered package. Then, when they found it and saw the detached wires they accused me of cutting the wires! THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY OR SEND ME ANOTHER SCREEN! How does a Business that handles their customers this way stay in business? My issue is still not resolved. They said their decision is final. So They Took my money and dont get the screen I paid for!

It takes about a week for you to get your package which is pretty fast to me. There is nothing more satisfying than getting excellent customer service and getting your packages quickly.

Universe for a replacement, at then end of this review is the exact content of their email, they want a used item returned in perfect condition, no scratches, damage or adhesive of any kind! Before they'd send a new one! Completely unrealistic for a phone screen! So I've have to disassemble the phone, send in the screen (leaving the phone disassembled while I wait for a return) I asked it they could send me the new one and I'd then send the old one and I was told: Please note upon placing your order you automatically agreed to the terms and conditions. Hiding behind T&C's is the lowest of the low. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was able to replace my Stylus Pen at a very affordable cost and although we are going through the COVID-19 pandemic, my order was still delivered on time. Great stuff.

I'm confirming with you that I have received my order for the Tool Kit and to tell you thank you very much for the good service you have given to me.

Everything shipped and ordered was as described on the site, EXCEPT a replacement battery I ordered for my phone. The so-called new battery was draining considerably much faster than my current 2 year old battery. I immediately reached out to their customer service and hoped to get a replacement due to a defective product, but with their policy I would be responsible for shipping the faulty merchandise back and pay for shipping the new replacement. At this point, it may not be guaranteed that I would even receive a fully operational battery the second time and if I don't, I would then be responsible for the shipment of ANOTHER, 3rd replacement battery?!

There is too much inflexibility with their nonsensical policy when it is NOT the customer's fault. JUST BE WARY that YOU are responsible when you receive something defective or faulty, which I thought would not happen to me, but definitely consider that if you decide you're feeling lucky enough to roll the dice and purchase from this company. Keep in mind many other reviewers have consistently gone through the same ordeal I went through as well.

This company is a very honest company and they offer quality services and products. My favorite thing about them is that you can DIY when it comes to repairs through the help of their videos, as long as you have a little knowledge about what you are doing.
