The biggest fraud people & company. Dubai Government must take stick action against them. I take the car for 2 months and had emergency travel to the country, the car was handed over with my friend and return back to the company. The balance was on me only 500AED when I left. Now after 7 months, they are sending me a PDF file that shows that I owe them 44,330 AED? And put a Civil case again me. I was shocked and I have no idea what to do now. Please, can anyone advise?

I rented a car for a month for daily rate of 65 AED after using it for a month and paying the daily rates, I have been asked to pay 2400 dhs extra, that means I pay totally 4000 AED for a month for nissan sunny, the reason I have driven extra kms, which they never mentioned or tell us. they just say it is in the contract.
While I gave the car back, they told I have damage in boot and asked me to pay AED 3500. I complaint to Mussafa police, and they took action and fined Bab AL Madeena for AED 150,000. Please go to police immediately as soon as they start cheating you. They are nothing but thief pathans who target your credit card.
They will not return your whole deposit they will tell you there is ADMINISTRATION FEES and TAXES! PLUS WHEN YOU WILL RETURN THE CAR THE EMPLOYEE WILL ASK YOU FOR MONEY 'TIPS '
I wonder how this company still running its business in Dubai. We should make a collective compaint against them. Absolute scammers. They will offer cars comparatively less pricess but you will end up paying double due to hidden charges. They have unrealistic clauses in contract (too many clauses nobody would even bother reading at the time of renting).
I have never been so hurt in all my stay in the UAE. This fraudulent company take money from my card at any time and claim a speed fine. On two occasions, the car went off. I called and no one picked. I was stranded on the road, in the heat for hours. Then I decided to read their reviews on line and saw that I have been scammed. I decided to return the car before the due date so as to avoid any issues. The car who I went to return the car to, came to check the car, while I was sitting in the car. He was fiddling at the back while I was watching him, later he said there was a scratch, I went back and found no scratch while I was at the back, he rushed to the side of the car and scratched the car. I went straight to the police station and a gentle policeman advised me to go DUBAIDED. Please how can we take legal action against this fraudulent company?
They didnot give my deposit back yet. They keep promising every day.

Its a lot of money
If you calculate the price of your rental, include the deposit. They DON'T give it back.
They deliberately lie when you give back the car and say you will have 100% back. Once abroad, you are done.

This is the Cheater and fraud company in Dubai, please don't go with this company. They will deduct most of your deposit with the any hidden charges.

The worst experience I have ever had. They gave me a car without the car registration card and after several follow ups also they responded with a expired mulki. So I returned the car immediately within next 2 days. The sold the car saying per day rent for Nissan sunny is aed 52. I would not go to their office for two days. And then they send a bill of aed 149 aed per day. I mean the nerve for charging aed 149 for 2014 model sunny. They take advantage of the aed 1000 they take as deposit. They hide behind the lengthy terms and conditions behind some page. They are very cunning and fraud people. Never ever ever get a car from them if you dont want to get cheater big time like aed 600 to aed 500 extra for no reason. Also I did not wash the car to they charges 230 aed for that. It is a horrible company dont fall for their low promotional prices.
I have bad and poor experience from the office staffs of BAB AL MADEENA, I lost my deposit receipt, they deducted 250.00 from my deposit, also you should hand over the car at 1pm, most of the people will be busy in their works in that time, if you go after 1 pm, then they will deduct aed 200.00 include vat for late hand over from your deposit, also most of the companies they are keeping a copy of the receipt in their system as well, but in this company they don't have any records about our payment and if you lost the receipt you will lose your money, as a chance for making money they are giving manual receipt only, in dubai even small companies making their receipts through their system, also they keeping a copy in their system, any time they can print the same, but here you will get a Xerox copy filled vehicle no and AMOUNT by pen, also so many rules and regulations, people will never get time to read all the rules and regulations before they sign, and one more wondering thing is, you should pay 5%VAT for the deducted amount, big cheaters...
Now I am using rent car (almost 3 months now) from a company in Al qusais, there is no hidden charges and everything going in smooth way..
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY EVEN IS CHEAP... I RENTED CAR FROM THEM FOR TWO DAUYS AND AFTER THEY RUBERED ME AS THEY DEDUCTED FROM MY 1000 DEPOSIT 200 FOR CAR WASHING AND 200 FOR CAR PICKING UP WHILE THEY CAHRGED ME ONLY 30 AED FOR DELIVERY! SIMPLY THIS COMPANY IS VERY BAD AND I WONT WONDER IF ONE DAY WILL BE ON BIG TROUBLE!

I just got scammed by this company! They have low rates but a lot of HIDDEN CHARGES! They will charge ADMIN Fees for things that are not necessary and won't return your deposit. They will also try to charge your card again even if you still have a deposit with them.
They will lure you to rent a car with a low rate and you will eventually end up paying more.
They have many hidden charges and will only notify you after renting and upon receiving the refund for security deposit. Plus the long wait and multiple follow up required even before they refund the deposit.
A week delayed in the refund of 750 AED deposit which even came back less than what I am expecting. "ADMIN FEE" - Because I paid thru credit card. Wherein they only accept cc payment.
Scammers.
I was just robbed by this company who just charged me AED 400 from my deposit for car wash and 2 hour delay in return of a cheap and dirty and odorous Picanto.
Everything is written in fine print, so they they know how to scam you!
Avoid them at every cost
Most terrible company I have ever dealt with. Dirty and smelly cars. Worst part is they didnt refund my deposit money for the car. Its been 3 months and still calling them, but they dont respond. BECAREFUL this company is there to take your money.
The worst company I've dealt with they offer you a price then they change it and they keep adding extra charges also the cars are extremely dirty I had to change the first car they offered because it smelled awful the cars are not serviced and you feel like it it will fall apart
They lied on basically all what they say. Even the names they use on the website are take. I don't know how Dubai allows this people to operate like in town. They even took a photocopy of my credit card. They changed the rates without notification. Every time you ask them anything they ask you to come to the office. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
Admin girl- very super active over watsapp before renting car. Came girl wont respnd to your msgs or even calls. Landline service line is of no use. They will test your patients and you wont feel like contacting them and you end up wasting money because time is more imporatant thats what you feel. Waste! Dont ever take their services if you have busy routine! Waste of time they are... i was expecting 1500 deposit from them against 1 week services. I paid 323 for a week which i felt best rate in the world. They returned 616 after a month from my security deposit. I dont know why and i dont have patients and time to chase them. Waste waste wate waste!
