Doug Palmer *******@thewillsteam.ca
He was an advisor who took the time to help me find the perfect apartment for me. I moved to Canada a year ago so it is very difficult for the owners to trust you without a high credit report or with a job that is not an office. At the same time, I was looking for a perfect place for my dogs, which are two French bulldogs, with no stairs and a little space, which helped me find it. In my opinion, he is a very kind person and you can see that he has a big heart.
I recommend them 100%
Kiffany Ray was my agent to Remax through Zillow. She was absolutely fantastic with what little information she could provide and gave me the Realator to whom this property was listed under. She had an outstanding, upbeat attitude, and a positive outlook great for Monday morning.
Laurell is one of the best realtors in Colorado.
She is an expert and has a ton of experience. Laurell helped us find our first time house a couple weeks ago. The process was super smooth. Her expertise is incredible. She even went above and beyond and helped us with moving. Who does that? Laurell Richey! Highly recommended.
Imagine finding the perfect home, offering exactly the price that is asked, complying to the conditions brought forward by the sellers broker, only to be dragged along for FIVE days, with no explanation. That happened to my family. NEVER did I expect to be treated with a more disingenuous, unprofessional broker, as I did with Jack McVicker, Re/Max Fitzpatrick Team in Middletown, R.I. Even after Jack conducted a home inspection, we still didn't get a phone call that our offer hadn't been accepted.
Buyers and sellers beware he is not a reputable person; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
RE/MAX on 1315 Tuskawilla RD Winter
Springs Fl ******* engages in Immoral
Practices by keeping potential home buyers
Deposits on homes, as in my case, $5000.
After the Realtor Doug Atkins called my
Attorney to ask questions as to if I have a
Settlement which would be used to purchase
The house in question 1067 Winding Waters
Circle Winter Springs FL, Doug asked to
Many questions to my Attorney and now my
Attorney is trying to convince me to take less
Money on my judgement so I could get my
Money faster, essentially $50,000 less from
My judgement. Doug bragged about how his
Wife is a Paralegal and it's obvious she
Doesn't know how to read court docs
Because I did not receive any money from my
Case as of yet. Doug also accused me of
Having the funds to close on this house
When in fact I don't, then he had the audacity
To try and get another $5000 out of me and
Offer a 30 day extension for closing, so at
This point RE/MAX in Winter Springs could
Never be trusted to do business like this for
Any home buyer, and who knows what they
Actually do to the sellers.
The real estate industry is built on trust and transparency, with buyers and sellers relying on the expertise of real estate agents to ensure fair deals. However, a disturbing trend has emerged in recent years, where a small but corrupt group of real estate agents engage in unethical practices. These unscrupulous agents manipulate the housing market by setting both buying and selling prices, effectively cheating both buyers and sellers out of their hard-earned money.
When a property owner wants to sell their home- the so called ADULT FAMILY HOME in in the Greater SEATTLE and OREGO area, the agents, including ETHIOPIAN and ERITREAN, will overvalue the property convincing the owner to make him/her more profit. The agent, who already has a potential buyer lined up and willing to pay the true market value of the property, convinces the buyers to buy the overvalued property with lies. What can we do? This channel i's open for any suggestions to make these corrupted agents accountable, catch them and so.
I listed an assignment sale with an agent, and he bold faced lied about having another agent for the buyer to find out he represented the buyer and myself the sales, he did everything for the buyer,it took over 5 months to receive our deposit,, when I went to talk to his boss, his boss transferred the call to him and he started yelling at me. I will never use them again and I am reporting this whole matter to RECO.
Please avoid Emanuelle Duranceau at all costs.
She is the worst ever. She also insulted me on a private Facebook group.
She is far from being professional.
Very suspicious transactions from this office. I put an offer in on a house on 18th Street. Was listed for $335,000, my offer with no contingency was $34,000 OVER asking. Was told my offer was 3rd highest and solicited for more money, only to find the house closed for $309,000 2 months later? $60,000 less than my offer, very suspicious! How do sellers walk away from 60k (20% more money)? I just can't imagine, except for market manipulation by agents. I wonder if the sellers even knew. I think situations like this happen more often than we hear about! Very suspicious!
So thankful to this real estate agent I used her before when I purchased the house in 2003 I remember how dedicated she was. I used her again when I was ready to downsize and sell my home and she was absolutely awesome. Experience matters —had a lot of bumps in order to get the house sold and she was with me every step of the way. Very knowledgeable and supportive. Great communication skills. I would definitely use her again to buy my forever home. I recommend Mrs Jeaneth Pino.

I recently wrapped up the sale of my rental property, a process that was facilitated by Remax. However, the experience, instead of being smooth and worry-free as one would anticipate, was fraught with problems that left me feeling disappointed and let down by the agency.
To begin with, the lack of communication was genuinely concerning. Despite the importance of keeping the client informed about the ongoing process, my agent was virtually absent throughout. I found myself often in the dark, not knowing the status of the property sale, leading to unnecessary anxiety and confusion. In my view, this is a significant lapse in service from a professional agency such as Remax.
An incident that added to my frustration involved a significant error concerning my property's electricity billing. From May 2019 onwards, estimated electricity readings, instead of the actual ones, had been provided to the council. The result was a shocking backdated bill of more than ZAR 73,000 that I was forced to bear. The responsibility of ensuring that the tenants provide the correct readings was with the agent, but this was overlooked, leading to financial stress that could have been easily avoided.
The entire experience has led me to question the professionalism and reliability of Remax's services. As a client, I trusted them with my property, and I am disappointed with the result. To anyone considering using Remax for property management or sales, I advise thorough deliberation and setting clear communication expectations right from the start.
I hope Remax takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements in their services. Clients trust Remax with their properties, a significant asset, and such oversights can severely damage the client-agent relationship. It's high time for Remax to elevate their services to match their professional reputation.
Gary Kirkpatrick was very rude and late didn't return phone calls or emails. Find another agent. I've delt with Remax before with no problem but this agent was terrible.
Luis A Cedrez he's very excellent realtor I am very satisfied with what he help me find my house he made us feel like if he knew us for years I feel so comfortable when I met him for the first time to have him like a realtor he takes his time to find the right house or property he's not like the other realtor that don't even care that they just won their commission Luis is the best realtor to work I hardly recommend him.
Don't waste your time if you're African American. They will try to find plenty of reasons not to process your application! Discrimination!
Adam Gross is the best realtor I've dealt with. I was in a tough situation Adam met me on a Sunday at 6pm and we close in 2 weeks I would highly recommend Remax for a smooth and pleasant experience
Remax is falsely reporting important information about my home on its website. I have owned my home since 1997 but Remax is showing that it sold in 2020 which is clouding my title and causing me irreparable injury. I have reached out to them and sent tax documents and other proof that I own but they do nothing. Horrible company.
My agent angie Oney was very helpful and did her best to find out information to the home I was buying
I have a simple question about the rental renwal lease and the property manager refuse to contact me. Now when I call they forward my call to VM. I just have one simple question about paying an additional deposit of $100 when I have already paid a deposit equal to the rent prior to moving in two years ago. What's wrong g why I can't get a simple question answered. Is this legit or is the property manager trying to get more money for herself. Ummm not returning my call makes me wonder. Now I have left a message for the property managers supervisor to contact me and let's see if they will.
Remax canada sold me house, said it has legal suite, after I bought I realized it is not. I complained, I got letter from lawyer says I should have verified myself before buying
What a rude man. I have posted about selling my house in the Highlands and this dog faced pony soldier told buyers to beware because I haven't listed with a realtor. Money hungry unethical clown. LISTERS BEWARE! What a clown! I wouldn't list a dog house with him.
Greg Harmon wrote on my timeline listing:
"In all my years of buying real estate, any seller taking this position is a red flag. Buyer beware."
Answer: No a scam, total farce, wouldnt recommend them to a dog looking for a dog house.
