As a thank you to the friend who designed my logo, I ordered a shirt and coffee cup with that very logo on it. The handle to the cup broke in shipping. There is nothing in the order form about reporting or replacing a lost or broken item. Their automated oversight page asked me for a review. I mentioned the broken cup. Redbubble then decided to take action... and called me by the friend's name. Ignoring that I am a contributor to their site with my name and the very same e-mail address on file with them, they refused to acknowledge the difference. All I received was a series of form letters and automated responses. Ordering is wonderful, but frustration awaits anyone who may need help.
My first order had a printing error. They issued me full credit, I ordered another shirt, and I got to keep the first shirt. No hassle of sending it back at all! Two thumbs up in my book!
They have such an expansive collection of shirts and all kinds of different merch where you can get somethin you love on a shirt, a pillow, a phone case, as a sticker and more! Taking the time to write a good review Bc Redbubble is so awesome! I shop online there so much and I can always find what I'm looking for! Just over all awesome. Plus you support independent artists which is rad :)

Looks good, I think it's a bit expensive for a t shirt but it's what he wanted. Packaging and arrival was on time. Smelled horrible like vinegar, this went away after a wash. I will buy again if it says what I like.

My overall experience with Redbubble has been AWESOME. In the past couple years, I've bought several different shirts from them, all of which have been of excellent quality, good fit, and arrived at my doorstep within the time frame I was expecting them. It's a really cool website, all the artists involved being amazingly talented, and I've received a lot of compliments, even from strangers, for the things I've bought from Redbubble. My only issue would be that some artwork sold on the site, based off of copyrighted material, isn't allowed (after purchasing two shirts based off a certain RPG, I learned that the creator of the game was against unofficial merchandise being sold on websites such as Redbubble). However, I'm still a fan of the site, as there's a lot more amazing original art. I'd recommend it to other people, and I'll definitely be buying from them again.
I've purchased 5 men's t-shirts so far and they've been of excellent quality. I also perched a woman's Vneck shirt but it was not the size I ordered. The shirt stated the correct size but it was much smaller than it says. It seems the woman's shirts run extremely smaller then the size printed on them. That will be the last women's shirt that I will purchase from Redbubble being that these shirts are pretty expensive. I probably will continue buying the men's shirts. They tend to run on the slim fit size but that's ok with me.
I have placed several orders with red bubble, including returns and each experience is literally awesome. Even with complicated orders and returns, customer service is always perfect. Orders arrive in good time, products are of high quality, and I am always looking at their website to see what's new. I love red bubble!
