I tried to used the site a few months back with a prepaid debt card that requires preloading of funds... thank God I used this card instead of my actual bank as I never received the record search for and they tried taking money every single month from that prepaid card... don't be a victim... don't use this site

Please allow me to explain why you have been charged, after taking a look at your account, it appears we have not received an email in regards to cancellation. Also, on the checkout page, it's the customer that must agree to billing terms. These terms clearly state that if the customer chooses to cancel their account within the trial period, the trial fee will be the only amount billed.
