All they give is the specs of the vehicle which anyone can get from the internet or the dealer. Do NOT order: they mislead and give false advertising. Avoid at all cost!
I felt the information provided was essentially what I could have found myself for a cost of $2.95,
I thought! Now I have to dispute a charge made to my account for $24.95! Damnit!
I was told by PayPal I have to provide a billing agreement and a cancelation notice. Where do I find that!
Can you help with it? I was under the impression I was doing one search at a cost of $2.95….and I was very disappointed with what it came up with. Never ever again! It's not worth the hassle of getting their fingers out of my account!

Couldn't cancel my subscription so was charged for a month, emailed them about the problem with the website and they promptly canceled my subscription and refunded the monthly charge.

It's a scam for sure what I was told they had they didn't. My info was not right. Wasted money on the trial, then it got worse I was auto charged 24.95 to my PayPal. Anything you want they ask for more money. Auto renewal even if you never logged in again! Account cancellation purposefully broken and always says it wasn't submitted! Saying to remove certain characters whatever that means it was just words typed into the Box. I'm so mad! They stole my money!

I'm having legal problems with my family and have been doing my own research when possible. Bought the 7 day trial, used it the first two days and then was occupied with other projects. I was billed for the month and when I came back to it several days later, I found out that because of where I live, I can't access the service. I contacted customer service pretty much expecting the run around, but to my surprise Joan and their staff had the whole thing figured out and a fair resolution in place in like 24 hrs. It turned out to be a breathe of fresh air it what was otherwise a stagnant week. Thanks again for your prompt assistance.

I paid for a membership to reverse look up a harassing number but no records could be found so I contacted customer support and "bee" instantly contacted me on live chat and began looking into my problem. Unable to find any additional information on the number she gave me contact information to report my problem to and refunded my membership fee and answered all my questions politely and thoroughly. Your phone rep, Gisel, was fantastic. However, almost all of the information provided by Recordsfinder was about other individuals with no connection to the person of interest. What little relevant information the report contained was available from free sources and I had it already. The report stated certain types of information was unavailable for the individual when in fact it IS available. The report is useless.
