Listings and analytics in one place is a really convenient concept. It saves a lot of time and makes the whole process much easier.
You can tell the product is still new and has some rough edges, but the amount of data is impressive. I was able to look up things like property value, cap rate estimates, taxes, ownership history, and even demographics. And the fact that it's free for now makes it even better. Definitely want to support this product and see how it develops.
The free plan isn't just a basic access, it has a lot of real tools and data inside. Maps, analytics, even revenue modeling — everything without having to input a credit card right away. Gives me a chance to test and see the value before deciding to upgrade.
Just getting started with Realmo. Deal hunting is cool and they definitely have more listings. I found 2 properties that I didn't see on other major sites.
I like the data on Realmo, but their navigation is tricky. Too much information without clear guidance. Should add step by step tutorial or pop up hints.

I signed up to list my retail space for rent. The listing process was easy. Uploaded photos and info myself and the ai helped polish the listing. They didn't require a credit card to post a listing
