The necklace is a quality piece and the pearls gorgeous. Even the back of the the pendant is detailed. I was luck and had twins in my pearl. They arrived quickly. Very pleased.

It is a great group of people to purchase from but kind of hard to get in contact before the shows. Love what they do and how they want everyone to have a good experience. I am definitely buying from them again after this next paycheck.
Thank you Jessica! I'm sorry you feel that we are hard to get ahold of. 98% of our messages are responded to within 5 minutes. We do our best to answer all messages before we start pre-show prep. Unfortunately, we are unavailable for about two hours before and an hour after the live show. During that time, we have some monitoring for urgent requests. If you ever need to reach us before a show, please try to do so more that two hours before or put URGENT in all caps at the very beginning of your message so we can prioritize yours ahead of other requests. URGENT requests should be limited to request to change opening day. Any other requests can and will be resolved after the show. Received my jewelry within a week of my oyster opening. Waited 1.5 months from another Pearler. Great customer service, sent a message necklace was to short, next week I received not only a longer necklace but 2 necklaces that were different sizes. Love these two.

IMPORTANT: We are currently taking a break from e-commerce as all items were placed in storage due to renovations in 2020. We are still here, we just aren't actively taking orders on the website at the moment.
Real Deal Pearls, LLC is not your average pearl party. The company was founded by me in 2016 after my wife ordered hundreds of dollars in products from another pearl company. After waiting 9 weeks for her items to arrive, one arrived damaged. The company told her she had to pay to return the item and it would be at least 4 weeks for a new one. She threw her arms in the air, the jewelry in the trash and I started Real Deal Pearls the next day.
