I would have to say both my experiences were wonderful. The first time I didnt know what to expect when seeing a monster being opened but, you all made the experience an awesome one. Then the second time I ordered your littles (kiddos) were there helping and that made the experience so much better. My kids loved seeing it all as well as I. Thank you so much for everything. Oh and I absolutely love my bracelet. Would like to know if I could send a few pearls back and get them made into something or would I have to reorder another monster just for a couple monster pearl necklaces? So polite. I had a bad experience with a Vantel Pearls consultant. After 2.5 months I still hadn't received my jewelry and had to do a PayPal dispute. I explained this to real deal and they were so understanding and accommodating. I was so skeptical on ordering another pearl item and doing the oyster opening- and they didn't pressure me AT ALL. He told me to sit in on an opening video and if and when I was ready to order how to do it. He also talked to me about how his wife got scammed too and that's why he started. I went ahead and ordered a cheap ring (by cheap, I don't mean the quality- but it was $14.00) since I had been scammed when I bought a $98 necklace. Anyway he did my pearl opening, was so funny during the whole video, and then sent me pictures of my pearl. He immediately sent me tracking info the following day that my ring had shipped. He checked in on me and everything. Needless to say, I will be a repeat customer of Real Deal pearls because of the speed in which I received my item, and the general discussion with him. He gets so many orders a day probably that he could easily just passed up my $14 order because that's chump change compared to what most people send, but instead he made me feel like I was the most valued customer and gave me so much respect/ that I now have so much respect for him that I will only buy from him!

IMPORTANT: We are currently taking a break from e-commerce as all items were placed in storage due to renovations in 2020. We are still here, we just aren't actively taking orders on the website at the moment.
Real Deal Pearls, LLC is not your average pearl party. The company was founded by me in 2016 after my wife ordered hundreds of dollars in products from another pearl company. After waiting 9 weeks for her items to arrive, one arrived damaged. The company told her she had to pay to return the item and it would be at least 4 weeks for a new one. She threw her arms in the air, the jewelry in the trash and I started Real Deal Pearls the next day.
