🚫 Do not use RCG.se absolutely terrible service 🚫 Their website charged me twice for the same flight due to a technical error. It falsely showed that my first payment hadn't gone through, so I booked again. As a result, I paid for two identical tickets and they refused to fix it. Reaching customer service was painful. After waiting forever, I calmly explained everything, but the agent completely denied any technical fault on their side. No help, no solutions, not even a refund or compensation. When I asked about changing the name on the second ticket, the agent didn't know how much it costs and simply told me to call another number which was unreachable. This company takes your money and leaves you to deal with their mistakes. Horrible service, zero responsibility, and totally unreliable. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

They sucks. Rude service man answer your question without helping you anything. If you want the refund the service fee is 800kr. And becareful the website is obviously a scam. They makes me paying twice with the same name and same ticket.

I bought a Flex plus ticket. When i wanna cancel the ticket i call them and their phone menu pointed me to a formula on their homepage. When i done with it it says" no refund" so i call them again and choose "other questions!" a extremely rude person answers and say "if you wanna cancel you need to call us...". THAT WHAT I DID AND YOUR FQ PHONE SAID I NEED TO DO IT ON YOUR HOMEPAGE?!?!?!?!?
Now they refuse to give any money back EVEN IF I BOUGHT THE FLEXI PLUS who clearly states that i can get full refund! NOTING MORE!
And there is no visible information you need to call to cancel with flexi plus!
Total scam!

- Flight got canceled by the AIRLINE, it took me 1,5 hours to call the agency and eventhough it was the airline who canceled the flight - I had to pay 40 euro extra to rebook the flight and I couldn't even choose the date (it had to be the closest date to when I had the tickets). If I asked for a refund - I would have to pay 40 euro per ticket...
- Our flight back was changed. It was supposed to be at 5pm and it got changed to 11am. We were not informed. Only got a text message when the checkin started (two hours before plane takes off)... We nearly missed the flight.

Terrible experience, would never recommend this agency to anyone..

They are really fraudsters, they stole my money pretext of cancelling the flight, but it wasn't actually cancelled. They took the money and didn't return it. I paid a lot of money without getting a flight.

VARNING!
Boka inte via RCG! Blev precis lurad 3 gånger. Bokade en resa via RCG med polish airlines. Flyget blev inställt och en ny tid presenterades. När jag ringde för att godkänna och få en bekräftelse på den nya tiden så vill dem ha ca 400kr för att göra detta. Alltså antingen så förlorar du hela biljetten eller så betalar du extra för att bekräfta den nya tiden. Detta är alltså inte jag som ställde in utan flygbolaget ställde in resan och presenterade en ny tid men jag måste ändå stå för kostnaden eftersom jag inte har köpt ett "supportpaket". RCG är ett skämt och bedrar sina kunder. Personen som jag talade med DIBROMIN STANKA var extremt oproffisionell och på tonen lät det som att han hotar med att antingen så förlorar du hela biljetten eller så betalar du för att vi ska flytta dig till nya flyget och säger att till och med om du ringer till själva flygbolaget så kan dem inte göra något eftersom du bokade via oss. Ringde till själva flygbolaget LOT polish airlines och det tog 5 minuter och så bokade dem in mig på den nya tiden utan några som helst kostnader.
Så BOKA ALDRIG MED RCG!

Hej,
I have book the ticket from RCG for Ukrainian Airline. After two days the flight had been canceled and they request to contact RCG.SE for re-fund.
The RCG team mentioned that I should pay Admin fee 299 SEK per passenger. I had no choice and they reduce 2100 Sek from my payment and return the money.
The Admin fee should paid by Ukraine airline not ME.

I am feeling BAD when companies abuse costumer.
This is MY feeling with RCG.SE now.

You are presented with a price "including all fees and taxes" and after paying, you notice that they have added a 150 kr (15 Euro) fee.

They use this to cheat the results from Skyscanner so that they look like the cheapest but are more expensive than most other.

They also use different web entry points www and www2 and one says the fees are included but the other doesn't.

Really dodgy operation so just do yourself a big favor and avoid them. Don't believe me... check their ratings on TP and other sites.

When you book a ticket with them even if it is within the 24 hours period after booking your not getting help with the cancelation and your not getting anything from them... They would not even help you with the airline company for the cancelled ticket and was asking what will happen to the money I paid since non of the the parties will refund my money... (finnair for airline) no one answer directly they are tossing the ball with each other... If I were you guys I'll not use this travelsite nor this airline such a waste and effort contacting them. To the end no money was refunded to me who benefited from who knows...
