I ordered something and asked for a tracking number about two times now and I need to know where it is because I have it delivered to my work. They emailed me back the first time, the second time they did not respond. You should have tracking numbers attached to the packages sent out.

Their website says don't send multiple email because it slows down the process Thats a clue right there. Retuned an item per their specific instructions and have yet to receive a refund. No reply to my email asking about the refund and two weeks later no refund and no reply. Does anyone work there?
Love this site! They have really cute items and I also love that it tells you what size the models are wearing as well as their height. Some of the stuff is expensive but I have found some stuff that was a really good deal. The shipping is super fast and inexpensive. I will continue to shop with this site as it is my favorite.
It's been two weeks and I still haven't received my money back from the purchase I returned to them. The package was sent back to them and RETURNED the 21st. Do NOT buy from this company at all! If I don't get my money back within the next week I'll be looking at legal options. Seriously, stay clear of this company.

I've been wanting to order a few things from here for a while now but was a bit turned off by some of the reviews. Decided to risk it while one of the items I wanted was on sale and must say I'm pretty impressed. Both items fit lovely and were packaged well, quality is good at least they survived the wash so far and delivery was faster than expected. Overall pretty happy with my order and will more than likely order again when I have money. Would definitely recommend.

I emailed them a couple days ago about 3 items i would like to return because 1. None of them looked like the pictures 2. There was a huge brown stain right on the butt of my rave shorts 3. And just overall nothing was cute like in the pictures. I am very disappointed because the stuff i got was not that cheap.

I love buying clothing from them the only issue is I always have to get the biggest size and even then sometimes they're a little tight. I'm not that big of girl and feel like they should maybe make bigger sizes or even a plus size line. Other than that I love shopping from them, just be careful with sizing

WORST customer service ever! I sent numerous emails stating I never received the order I placed on 10/5/17. There is no phone # and I have a case # from the USPS stating I never received the package they claimed to have delivered. I will take this to small claims court since I am very upset with them!

Hey Galina, your USPS tracking number is: 9400111298370885652188 and USPS says they accepted the package from us and they delivered it to you. This is absolutely not something that we mishandled, as you know it was shipped in a timely manner from our warehouse and your mail person delivered it to the address on the order. The first step is to speak with your postal person and ask where they may have put it, or check with your neighbors as your delivery person may have put it in their postal box.
I reviewed earlier and they responded "that they would allow a return". They have not responded to any of my emails about how to return the items. They simply wrote this because they want to make themselves look good for people reading my review. I think a bunch of teenagers are running this company. As for the leg wraps, they are sold individually - there is a drop down menu and you chose a single leg wrap, not a pair. People love to mix and match colors with outfits so many people order singles of many colors.
