Always very helpful staff no matter what your questions are big or small. With all things you buy from Rattan warehouse you truly get what you pay for, outstanding products. You only have to look at them and compare with similar products from other retailers to see the difference. I am so pleased I bought my carolina sofa from Rattan warehouse.

I love our patio furniture from rattan warehouse. It turned our garden into another room. We just live there in the summer. So nice that we can leave it outside the whole time. It dries so quickly. We definitely ended up with the right option after listening to their advice. Thanks guys!

I recently bought a San Diego sofa and table from Rattan warehouse. Unfortunately one of the sofa small comer legs was missing. I emailed the company and within a day had a reply confirming a replacement was on its way to me. These things happen but I was impressed with the courteous and prompt manner in which the matter was dealt with. We'll done Lewis from Customer Services. I'd recommend this company based on my experience.

Yet again, Rattan warehouse are unable to carry out a simple task, May 11th i ordered a fire pit coffee table. Which was delivered on time but not the correct table, when the correct table was delivered, the wind glass didn't fit i asked lewis to send the correct glass. So 2 weeks ago I complained that the wind glass to this table was useless and to small. After sending 12 or more photo, loads of messages as LEWIS refused to accept what I was saying, he finally agragreed when i put a review on their web site, and told me the new wind glass would be delivered today, guess what the they sent me a glass table top that was to small for my rectangle table, I don't know what is going on with this company they can't get anything right. I ordered this unit 11th May, its now 14th June and still not got this order right.
I will never recommend this site, and keep an eye out on face book for Reviews, tick tick will be a good platform to tell everyone they are useless.

Ordered a table and 8 chairs which came with a cover and parasol free. Already an
Amazing price so couldn't believe it.

Delivered within 10 days of ordering by Pete. Fabulous company from start to finish.

Had to pop out but Pete phoned and delivered everything exactly where I asked leaving it all secure. What a diamond!

Dan and Lewis kept me up to date with the order details.

Totally recommend this company. Great value and the reviews are totally true!

At this point we have received damaged goods, been ignored by customer service, threatened by the owner and shouted at... when all we wanted to do was buy some furniture. Terrible company, would advise people to pay the little bit more more and go with a more well known company to ensure you have the ability to get a refund if you are given low quality products.

My partner Edna has ordered some furniture which was damaged when it arrived.

We have asked for a refund via email and also over the phone and we have been ignored for 2 days, when you call up no one answers and if they do they say they don't work in the warehouse so they cant help.

*We have had a response today offering a replacement but now we have seen the quality of what they offer we do not want it... we are not being told they will only offer a replacement and not a refund which is illegal and to be honest shows a poor way in dealing with customers

**update, immediately after leaving this review my wife was called by "lewis" who said our review is damaging their business and if I remove the review they'll now give me my refund once the furniture has been picked up. The only problem is that when you read the other reviews you can tell they're unreliable. We told them we would only remove the review once we have been refunded... who would do this the other way around i do not know.

They are clearly upset its payday weekend and people will see this review and all of the others from the past 12 months.

Another person called us, sounded like a london accent. VERY rude and said that if we do not remove the review TODAY we will not get a refund ever because its the weekend and they get their orders on weekends. We have explained we will remove the review once we have actually received our refund but this man raise his voice at my partner and she ended the call on him because of his rude and obnoxious tone. When you read the other reviews you'll see a pattern here... and also most people can tell some of the positive reviews are fake.

Rattan corver not fit for purpose do not fit and ever when they send me other still didnt fit if i needed to send it back for damage due to any stain they will argure the toss and blame it on me and not very helping on email when trying ask qrestions
