Wonderful quality and service. We ordered two sun loungers and a six seat dining set. The loungers came within two days, with regular updates on delivery. The quality is amazing and we've had so many wonderful comments so far from friends who've visited!

Really love our furniture. Bought in April and just unpacked. Couple of cushions missing was swiftly dealt with by Lewis and all in use. Took advantage of the sale and pleased we did! Lovely quality furniture.

Delivered a while ago but one chair was damaged Dan sorted a replacement for me and the delivery guy was brilliant, he checked over the replacement chair took damaged chair back very friendly and helpful.

I've bought various garden furniture in past years and thought long & hard about it this time. I wouldn't normally buy items like this online & not seeing it but after lots of research, made the decision. Being honest, it was initially above my budget, but decided to bite the bullet & go for it, hoping to have it for many years.
I was back & forward before making my choice, which was eventually the Fairmont range, along with accessories. There were a few hitches along the way but were professionally resolved in the end

I purchased garden furniture some years ago and the product and service was excellent. Over the years of sun and rain the feet for the glass tables have perished so I emailed customer service to see if I could purchase new feet as I had tried locally but couldn't get. I got an email back from Lewis who said the spares would be in the post and at no charge at all. Now that's customer service. Thanks again

Bought a Boston recliner set They complete the look and feel of the 'cozy alcove' where I'm using them. They're beautiful and well made. Rattan Warehouse service was great.
