It is TORTURE

They promised a gift card when you sign up the very first time, but it never happened. I made my first order and I never received any cash back, I made my second order through their link and waited around a week but I received my 3% cash back instead of 9% only after I contacted with them four times and they said that the cash back is not for all Amazon departments even though I used the coupon " free shipping on order over $100 and up to 9 % cash back" right under the coupon and I spent $127. I even didn't mention that it took me 40 mins. To send my question the first time to them because their system ignores and deletes the name of store, or my order number many times.
I made 12 orders during February -March 2015 but I didn't receive any cash back until I sent them an issue about that and it doesn't matter how long I will wait 5,10 or even 30 days.
I sign in a few times per week and I never won any of their gift cards until, on February 2015 my account showed that I will receive a $5 gift card if I spend $ 20 during 90 days.
All the information on my account, my cash back, info about the gift card and everything else disappeared after I sent them letter that the site is a joke and torture and the only reason that I wrote that message was because I didn't receive cash back again for 3 of my orders, but instead of just answering me back they decided to erase all of my information on my account
I had been waiting for 3 days but there was no answer and I started to send them new issues for each order and I received my reply after more than 24 hours, and instead of info about my gift card I now see that I last singed in on October 2014 and the offer with gift card was not working at that time although I opened my account in January 2015.
The only thing that I am waiting for is my check in May and then I will close my account and I already told my friends who want to open an account on Ebates that this site is a SCAM.

I have been using Ebates for 4 months now. It's for the most part a smooth process, but once in a while I don't get credit for something. I usually contact someone online and the issue gets resolved quickly. My last credit was denied because they said the company at which I shopped gave credit to someone other than Ebates, but they gave me a $20 thank you instead. It was thoughtful, but I was upset because my expected rebate was for much more, and I know I entered through Ebates and I did not exit my browser or use a promotional code. I called the company I shopped at and I verified those facts. So, I decided to call Ebates customer service at *******200 and Lindsey was amazing to work with. I explained my situation and being that she is a supervisor, she was able to credit my $70+ to my Ebates account immediately. While it does get frustrating from time to time to have to solve an issue, I do appreciate that no business is perfect and that they are willing to fix the issues. Thank you Ebates!

I love eBates! I've been using and recommending them for several months now and a few weeks ago, my cash back after purchasing from Dell. I contacted eBates and within the same day, they looked into it and my cash back was visible in my account. This is a great service with great customer service too!

Exceptional customer service

My Ebates dollars did not show up in my account. One email to customer service received a reply within minutes it seemed. Then I had another question in regards to the percentage offered on that shopping trip and that email was also answered almost immediately. I am so impressed with not having to wait 24-48 hours for answers. I am in awe of this exceptional service!

Would never purchase from this site or Nilima home again... contacted co & after receiving email that they did not have item I wanted... they sent a different item. Charged me & would not listen to explanations regarding their actions... I even mailed a hard copy of photos & ex
Planation of item I wanted & what they sent... staff was quite rude & felt that they had satisfied an order they stated they could not fill... BUYER BE WARE!

Fantastic Customer Service

This is not about just one experience - every single time I have dealt with Ebates CS Department, I have been nothing but please. As a retail store manager, I always appreciate and try to acknowledge outstanding customer service, and Ebates has been spot on in the 4 months I've used their site!

I was hospitalized right after New Year's and thought that my husband accidentally recycled my November "Big Fat Check" check, in his effort to survive the onslaught of medical bills.
After searching for the check, unsuccessfully, for weeks, I finally wrote to Ebates to explain the circumstances and to request a replacement check.
Within 2 hours of emailing Ebates, they had located records to demonstrate that the check had, in fact, been negotiated. They also provided me the date and check number for my records.
I had needlessly agonized over potentially losing a check when I should have immediately contacted Ebates to explain the circumstances.
Ebates was accessible, prompt, gracious, helpful and the Customer Care Representative treated me with the respect of a fellow human being.
I am both pleasantly surprised and very appreciative of the quality of the assistance I received from Ebates Customer Care. I will never again hesitate to ask for the assistance of Ebates Customer Care in the future.

Ebates is the kittens!

I must of missed something when I first started my membership with Ebates so I didn't receive the 10 dollar new membership bonus they offer. I emailed customer service and a rep emailed me back within an hr and hooked me up with a 10 dollar gift card of my choice from a selector of stores I shop at frequently. I wish more businesses were as great at customer satisfaction as these guys are.

On any occasion that I've had questions or concerns about my ebates cash back or general questions about my account, I've found their customer service people to be wonderful. The email replies are always quick and I like that you can reply specifically to the person who sent you the information. Ebates is a great site and now with the ebates button, it is super-easy to deal with all the online purchaes you might make that would qualify.

So my work computer (everyday laptop) had AdBlock installed by our IT department - thus blocking my ebates purchase. But the people at customer service were so helpful and gave me my money back even though I didn't have a registered shopping trip! So helpful and very quick to reply as well!

Missing Big Fat Check

I had -mailed customer service a few weeks back telling them that I hadn't received my check though I had received an e-mail saying the check was in the mail. I received a response from Alexis in a very timely manner and she said she would check on it and get back to me. She asked me to wait a month and get back to her if I still have not received it. Since I never did receive the check, I sent another e-mail yesterday and got a response today telling me that they would void the first check and mail me another one on the 9th of May. Both times I contacted Alexis, I received a response quickly and she was very helpful to me in resolving this problem. I was very pleased with the service she provided.
