While customer service did provide a response quickly, it never resulted in anything positive. I emailed 3 times inquiring about a check they sent me back in mid December but I never received. It was my first experience with ebates and initially I recommended it to all of my colleagues which I now regret. This is not what I expected from shopping on Ebates.
Been using Ebates a couple years now and it works great. Have over $200 back in cash! Once in awhile there is a hiccup but when I contact customer service it always gets fixed right away. The only thing I would suggest is sometimes I buy something that would qualify but I forget to go into the Ebates portal first. I wish I could just provide proof of sale and still get the rebate.
I have had a few issues, Wethersfield it be through a mistake of my own, the website, or someone I referred, when I have sent an email I not only get a response quickly, but the issues are handled promptly and not with why the mistake what's the problem. It is here you go we followed up and they are taken care of without all the hype. The customer service employees very rarely hear the good. Hello, I have a 72.85 dollar check that said it was sent out on feb 8th, and I have yet to receive it. Today is the 19th. Who can I contact about this?
Ebates always answer my questions no matter how minor. They take time to always give me what I want. I am so glad I found Ebates. I LOVE shopping so why not go with Evstes. It's a win win situation. Get started today it is FREE!

I loved ebates when I first started it and I got so excited when I would see the money in my account accumulate. Customer service was always so quick to respond and help me, but when this last payment on 2/15 was never sent to me, I contacted multiple people about why it wasn't deposited and all of them said they would transfer my question to someone who could help me. It has been a week and I have heard nothing from anybody. I tried contacting a couple customer service agents again and still haven't heard back from anybody. I am trying to be patient but I am getting frustrated. Seems fishy. Very upsetting.

I have been an Ebates customer for a while. They said I had over 100.00 in my account. I got a check for less than 20.00. This place is a scam.

I did all my oders through ebates on december and they're suppose to send my cash back on febuary 15,2015. That's their schedule for BIG FAT PAYMENT then they changed it to MAY 15. Like wthell I'm just done using this stupid scam ebates I'll use something else or doesn't matter if I even get cash back it's not worth it! I learned my lesson so beware! They do not pay you on time and also take all the tell a friend rewards you have!
I just joined & I have already earned a few dollars, going to get a gift card & helping the friend that referred me $$ :)
Anytime I have an issue, they respond immediately to my request, best site around!
I was missing a purchase on my account and asked them to look into it, Within 24 hrs the customer service had it corrected and were in constant communication with me. I couldn't be happier. Always a pleasure with Ebates!
