I am a big fan of shopping through Rakuten, however I find I have to check often to see if cash back has changed on the sites I use frequently. For example, it would be helpful if they would email me when Sephora goes up from 4% to 8% cash back

A terrific way to make some unexpected money as a result of purchases you were going to make anyway. Isn't it ridiculous that this company decided to change its name for the very memorable and established brand Ebates to its new totally forgettable name

So very easy to go to ebates.com but this new name is beyond me. Can not remember it. Why did you ever change it as it makes no sense whatsoever.

Love this app. "too good to be true".

I have Rakuten/Ebates at the top of my screen and it reminds me to look for deals anytime I access a shopping page. The cash return isn't much, but these days, every penny helps!

Overall had a good experience on Rakuten, however the first phone I purchased from their 3rd party vendor was defective and required a return and purchase of a second one, which is why I didn't provide a 5 star review. The return process was easy to complete.

I've been using Ebates for several years and since it's changed its name to Rakuten, the same great service continues. It's wonderful to get a check in the mail for doing nothing but shop!

Decent percentage return on things I would be buying anyway, great if you catch a promotion with a higher rebate than usual.

I've shopped with Ebates and now Rakuten for years. The selection of stores fit my requirements, and the rebates are a huge plus.

I was hesitant when the change came about but was reassured with the ease as which Ratuken took right over. I have dealt with this name before so I wasn't too worried.

Easy to use the little icon is on my tool bar so I just click it when I am ready to buy something and I get credit for it. Simply simple!

Super easy way to make a little every time I shop online. I don't have to do anything special, I have the extension set up on chrome, and it pops up and lets me know when a site is eligible.

I've been a member of Rakuten (ebates) for a long time. I'm not much of an online shopper but when the opportunity comes up, I use Rakuten. Getting money back on my purchases has been a wonderful reason to use the site and it's so easy to use. I try and get my friends to join (and not ONLY for the $25 I get from it.)

It's seems as if Rakuten has expanded upon EBATES (also wonderful). Same services, same great feel. Thank you!

There was no problem transitioning from Ebates to Rakuten. The site seems the same. Customer service is as wonderful as always. I'm happy with it.
