Every single time ive used rakuten to shop at my favorite stores it has gone smoothly and i am more than pleased... kicking myself for not using this sooner...

Had excellent help getting my account to new laptop! I don't shop alot on the internet, but now I have a reason to do so.

I called customer service to check on an order I placed the day before and I have a discount code to apply. On hold for 10 minutes and took the option for Rakuten to call back. Rakuten did not call back until 2 days later which the coupon already expired. Was not able to use the coupon due to poor response time. Wish you guys could improve the callback time to less than 48 hours

Not sure if it is my settings or not, but when I used to click on the Ebates tab/button (if I was already on a store site)... it would create a tag/ticket and I would be logged in automatically. Now when I click the button it takes me to the main Ebates page, I have to login and find the store I was just at.
Not as convenient, but still works.

Easy to use, works with a multitude of first class merchants and like all the ads say, you essentially get paid to shop.

I would appreciate a long-time user bonus rather than one for recruiting new users -- just saying.

So easy to get money back! I've been using Rakuten (Ebates) for years! You can use them for almost every place you shop and it is so convenient!

I've been a member for many years. However, recently I have started using it more. As a result, my savings and earnings are getting higher! I absolutely LOVE IT!

It was very easy to use. It pops up when you are on a site that Rakuten is available for. Tap the button to activate the site and then go shopping. I will us e this all the time now.

I Love Rakuten.! Rakuten can be better at crediting our accounts after purchases. I can get my rebate by check. I'm very Happy.

I've been an Ebates, now Rakuten, member for quite a few years. So far things haven't changed. It's nice to get a check every few months.

If only because it was easy to pronounce without a Japanese to English dictionary. So, you need 100 characters... does this help?

I was and still am a bit wary of the changes now that Ebates is Rakuten... so far no change so it is a good thing

Loved using eBates. Clever name for the site. Changing the name to Rakuten was pointless and stupid. Has nothing to do with what the site is used for. Just done to glorify some idiot's ego. You do realize it's possible to purchase an existing company and still KEEP the existing company name, right? Morons.

Nothing seems to have changed but the name. I really don't like it. Too many syllables. At least Ebates sounded like you were getting money back, ebates sounds similar to rebates.

I found what I wanted fast and got cash back. I often shop at HSN but forget sometimes to use Rakuten. Then I remember.

I don't know why anyone would shop online without using Ebates/Rakuten! I have, on many occasions, shopped elsewhere if the site didn't partner with Ebates.

I have been looking at least 3 months for a dress for my son's upcoming wedding. I finally found something that would work and found it on several of your sites, but Macy's had the best prices, free shipping and delivery was quick. It fits perfect and looks nice.

I was skeptical at first, but the rewards are beneficial. I receive rebates along with the retailer's discounts. The double rebates are even better.

Shopping from home and getting money back! Simple to go through site, go to my choice of store, place my order and wait for my check.
