I have been a member of Ebates and now Rakuten for years now. I really enjoy shopping and to get money back for doing that makes me very happy.

This site is very "rewarding"! I have been a member for 5 years and have received a rebate almost every quarter! This is a great deal!

Food was good and service was quick and attentive. I recommend eating there and plan to eat there again.

I was surprised that my order changed the moment I hit the confirm button. Price changes for all items. Not so good. Other than that, okay.

They will be a great add on a extension to my browser if the app would automatically pop up when shopping at a participating store

I do feel that Rakuten offers a great value to shoppers. I would like to be better informed when I make a purchase whether it is qualified for a refund an how much. It is difficult to know whether to make a particular purchase.

This site is so easy to use. There is a great selection of sites to use. I love getting money back on things I am planning on buying anyway.

I love finding the places I want to shop and seeing how big the percent back will be. It's so easy. Rakuten does all the work, I just have to shop.

I love all the stores I get cash back from. I'm sure more will be added. Just one click and you are in the money...

I have saved about $1200. What could be better? I have loved this site since inception. Thanks for all rebates!

It's very easy to go to the Rakuten website, find the site I want to purchase from, and place the order. After that, in a little while, I get a check from Rakuten that covers all my purchases through them during the past 3 months. Couldn't be better.

Sometimes it works great, than somedays I have to get in the site to make it work. Don't know what else to say about it. When I can the cash back it is great.

I have had Ebates, now Rakuten, on my computer for several years. It notifies me if I am eligible for a rebate when making online purchases. It also notifies me if I could get a better deal at another site. I have received over $200 in rebate checks to date and continue to recommend this service.

They say in store savings? I have yet to be reimbursed
For the stores I have shopped in. Shopping online that I haven't been credited for is a hassle also!
Sometimes I wonder if its worth it

It automatically identified the site was eligible for Rakuten and set up so that I would get credit on purchases. During checkout, it identified that there were several 'coupons' available which it auto-applied in order to find the best one. Very nice experience.

I love shopping through Rakuten and saving dollars! It is so easy to shop through the site with endless choices for shopping.
